How can the TO say this to a participant yesterday and then delay an entire match due to ISP issues? Rulings need to be consistent, this is outrageous

updating the caster Jhin playstyle
It's a very good response to mage bot/enchanters and has amazing synergy with champs who can give you setup (Zoe/Syndra/Ryze/Nautilus/Bard/Neeko). You wouldn't really pick Jhin with 0 setup anyways imo
Later on your control on mid lane is nuts

Going to this program changed my life.
Thank you to all the amazing people for helping to shape me into the person I am today and for the lifelong memories. Words can’t describe how much I’ll miss you guys and how grateful I am to have these friendships.
Jerry came to Maryville looking to prove that he had what it took to become a champion and to make it to the next stage of his career.
He did both.
The impact he's had at Maryville can't be understated, and we are incredibly proud to see him achieve his dream of making it to the LTA.
Thank you for everything @ScaryJ3rry ❤️
