Genuinely one of my favorite things about Edgerunners 2 is that it treats Night City like... a city. In S1 it was so overwraught with sex and violence you go "why would anybody ever live here?!" In S2 its like 16% worse than IRL NYC which I think is perfect. People live here!

iโm seeing ppl didnโt like edgerunners 2 as much as 1 because it didnโt feel โcyberpunkโ enough for them (not loud or gory or raunchy enough i guess) but this is peak cyberpunk fiction that is rooted in our reality as well (life extending treatment vs palliative care, the right to die with dignity, etc)
