April 2020 till 2023, about 17,000 people applied for the Global Talent Visa, 5,000 applicants were rejected. I observed some common mistakes people were making that became a pattern. Now that the UK government has decided to allow creatives apply, I decided to write a guide to help people through this entire application, so that the same mistakes don't repeat themselves.

A PhD applicant who was already running a PhD programme in another country got denied of a scholarship because they made a supervisory statement that was considered bad by the examiners.
So in my opinion and from experience, even if you've not had the best experience with your supervisor, do not let that be the reason you give the examiners for choosing their school.
Who would have thought that UK educational system would be threateneed and have to resort to reducing their criteria. A++ Schools are reducing their criteria to B+, which is a good sign for international students.
