With all this massive noise and continuous online fanfare, I seriously hope the actual movie does not fall short of expectations when it hits cinemas this December.
Funke and her fans should be careful not to overpromise and underdeliver, especially because Toyin Abraham is lurking closely behind with "Bestie."
If Funke's film turns out to be mediocre despite all this noisy hype while Toyin delivers a superior story, the box office shift will be embarrassing for her fanbase.
