Truly vile that @Adobe are opting to kill Animate/Flash with no contingencies in place for the thousands of animators (including EVERY SINGLE ONE I work with) who are going to lose access to the program they've been mastering for up to 3 decades. This is an industry-killing move.

"Adobe Animate is extremely underrated. You don't need ToonBoom"
I've dedicated 20+ years of my life to Adobe Animate, with my only mission being using it to its fullest potential, only for it to be discontinued by clowns who don't know their own software.
@Adobe shame on you.

That's weird. Because I just read you're killing Adobe Animate. You know, the program that a ton of independent animators use? How there are still shows/projects that are currently in production that use the software?
Anyway, fuck you.

All made at least partially with Adobe Animate, the program that adobe doesn't think deserves to exist anymore
#adobeanimate @adobe #adobe need to revisit the decision to slowly kill off animate CC. The animation application has been prevalent for over 2 decades of the industry, enabling companies and individuals to achieve great entertainment.

The worst part about this is the horrible way they have been treating the those who have been using and cheering for the product for nearly 2 decades.
Top users have had their support requests completely ignored by the dev team and the corporate overlords for 4+ years.
@Adobe really drove the knife deep into the back of one of the most creative and passionate communities out there with this one.
Can't say I'm all that surprised🤷♂️
