Imagine the next Halo game opens exactly where Halo 3 ended.
Master Chief floats through space.
“Wake me… when you need me.”
Cut to black.
Then we see Cortana’s memories....Halo 4. Halo 5. Infinite. Everything that came after Halo 3… distorted, fragmented, escalating into a horrifying dream.
Suddenly...
Cortana wakes.
She looks around.
Silence.
None of it happened.
It was all just a nightmare buried inside her neural matrix… the way a human mind can turn its fears into dreams.
Then we hear:
“Chief… I need you.”
And the pod opens.

McDonald’s “Side Missions” returns for 2026 with a gaming collaboration with Xbox, bringing food from some of the world’s best-known video games into real life.
The campaign features six gaming franchises: Halo: Campaign Evolved, Fallout 76, Forza Horizon 6, Overwatch, World of Warcraft and Candy Crush. I am a married man now. Crazy how life kind of brings blessings unexpectedly. But that’s just how God works, He gives us things we don’t deserve.
I miss the Halo scene, im always reminiscing about it.
The best, yet tough 7.5 weeks of being molded into the chaos our instructors brought us. Days went by slow and the weeks went by fast. Many memories were made new things were learned, this is only the beginning to a new chapter. I will strive for excellence in all I do.
