Ambassador Spotlight: Amantha 🍻
Amantha has gluten intolerances that have grown stronger over the past few years, and is at the point where gluten-reduced beer is the only kind she can trust to enjoy. She was stoked to discover that our beer here at Perth was safe for her! 🥳
Ambassador Spotlight: Greg 🤩
Greg has been drinking Perth Brewery for years and LOVED our home delivery service during the pandemic. Greg doesn't have gluten sensitivities, but we are thankful that he loves to share our beer with those who do! 🍻
Ambassador Spotlight: Ed 🙌
Ed is a loyal Perth Brewery Loyalty Club member. His favourite beers are the O'Canada Maple Ale, Easy Amber, Bonfire and Pistachi-Ho-Ho 🍻 His favourite thing about Perth Brewery beer is the wide variety of flavours that keeps him coming back!
What does gluten-reduced beer mean? 🤨
Our beer goes through a process to reduce the gluten protein levels by adding an enzyme. To be considered gluten-reduced, the beer must be under 20 ppm (parts per million)- and except for the Summer Squeeze, ours are under 5 ppm! 💪
We have been brewing this way for 30 years using the 4 key ingredients, and it does NOT compromise our great tasting beer! 🍻

Ambassador Spotlight 📣 Jim!
Jim was diagnosed with Celiac disease 15 years ago, and was heartbroken when he had to give up beer (until he found us, as we are gluten-reduced!). He’s tried just about every beer style of ours and hasn’t had any side effects 🍻
Ambassador Spotlight 📣
Mathieu has had sensitivities for a long time. By luck one day him and his partner were passing by the brewery, and staff let him know that our beer was gluten-reduced. He gave it a shot and has been drinking Perth Beer, with no symptoms, ever since!

Did you know that Perth Brewery beer is and always has been GLUTEN-REDUCED?! 🎉🍻
For 30 years, our beer has been traditionally brewed. BUT! We also add an enzyme during our brewing process, which breaks down and reduces gluten - but NEVER compromises flavour.
You can learn the science behind this by visiting our website page perthbrewery.ca/gluten-reduc…
Stay tuned; over the next month you'll hear stories from fellow Perth Brewery lovers, and how those with gluten sensitivities have been happy to find us and enjoy beer again 🍺💛
