The tenure process is often obscure or invisible from outside academia. This post includes the recording of my 2022 tenure talk that determined whether or not we should be given the chance to keep on going with our research at Columbia. We made it 🙂
Now we're working on developing the next phase of research towards a science of the healing process, focused on real-world applications.
