NEW: Judge Sweeney clarified that her injunction does NOT block transfer rules, roster caps, rev share caps. This means players who receive the extra year CANNOT transfer and may only play for their former teams. Huge news.

Report: After extending Marcus Scott a preferred walk-on offer, Kim English reportedly informed Scott the offer was being withdrawn after Scott had posted his commitment. Numerous PC preferred walk-ons had publicly announced their commitments in the past without any issues.
