Man, I really like staying politically informed, so I've been subscribed to the WV Governor's email list now for several years, back into the Justice Administration. However, they recently made a change that sends you EVERY DAMN EMAIL *AGAIN* if you dont open the first one.

Usually I just read the subject and if its something I am not interested in, I dont open it or it goes into the bin. NOW I GET THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. Whose idea was this and can they please STOP IT for the love of god? I'd like to NOT unsubscribe, but the barrage is relentless.
