Welcome to my space. Rooted in Igbo heritage, open to the world, and interested in the ideas and conversations shaping our lives. Here, you may find reflections on art, culture, cryptocurrency, Nigeria, Africa and global affairs—shared with curiosity, honesty and an open mind. Nature is everything I value straightforward conversations, different perspectives, justice and human dignity. I believe we can disagree without losing respect for one another, and speak up when it truly matters. No one has a monopoly on wisdom. We learn, we listen, we question, and we grow. If that sounds like your kind of conversation, you are welcome here.

I’m hearing that Atiku is making plans to step down for OK movement. This is good for our democracy. Obi and Kwankwaso are OK!

If you ask a Yoruba man why he wants to vote for Tinubu for a second term as the president of the zoo, he will tell you it is because Tinubu is a Yoruba man. They cannot even give you a single reason for voting for him. Yoruba people are voting because of tribalism, the same nonsense Awolowo practised. Awolowo was among the prominent Nigerian politicians who promoted tribal politics, spreading the virus of tribalism among his people.

NOW, this has got to be one of the most heartbreaking scenes out of the French protests. The woman literally had to watch and cry through the looting of her expensive shop as one of the protesters hold her back. She was made to watch it in real time. I don't understand what she's saying in French but someone claimed she was a liberal explaining to the protesters who were robbing their family store that she was on their side & even voted for them to be brought into France & voted to defund the police. But they just laughed and held her aside to watch the show. Seen something like that before in 2020 - George Floyd. But like i said, it now appears these French riots will make George Floyd protests look like a walk in the park.

Nigerians are not aware that a tax law has been passed, which requires everyone to pay 25% of their earnings as tax. The National Assembly has already passed this law, and it will swing into action after the election.

INEC excluded the Kano state NDC guber candidate from the 2027 election. This is a hatchet job from APC to impose the incumbent governor on Kano people. This is not acceptable. This is not democracy. This is a declaration of war. INEC should quickly reverse this fraud, and include the NDC guber candidate in the list. INEC should not burn down Kano state.

An Igbo man invested $200 million to build a resort in Lagos called Landmark Beach Resort and Landmark Beach in 2018. The resort covered approximately 30 hectares of land in Lagos, featuring a beach, hotels, restaurants, recreational facilities, and other businesses that attracted tourists and created jobs. 2023, five years after the multimillion dollar business opened The new Nigerian government decided to embark on one of Africa’s most ambitious infrastructure projects called The Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway. While Dubai builds futuristic cities, China expands its high-speed rail network, and Saudi Arabia builds gigantic tourism projects, The Nigerian government decided to build a coastal road from Lagos to Calabar 👏 The proposed 700-kilometre highway, designed to run along Nigeria’s coastline through several states, was estimated to cost about ₦15 trillion ($10 billion) And guess what? That road must pass through a $200 million resort. No warning that gave the investors enough time to prepare. No consideration for the investment. No regard for the people who had put their money into building something valuable. According to the founder of Landmark Beach, guests were still lodging in the hotel when the demolition began. They didn’t even have enough time to move many of the resort’s equipment and appliances before the destruction started. Now why should we care? The government decided right Now, almost two years later, the road has been diverted. The Minister of Works, said the road’s original route had to be redesigned to avoid destroying existing infrastructure. But somehow, the revised route affected a $200 million tourism investment And now, sections of the coastal highway are being diverted elsewhere. So, why couldn’t the route have been reconsidered before the destruction began? A man’s $200 million investment was destroyed, and the very road that supposedly made that destruction necessary has now been diverted. What happened to the investors’ money? What happened to the jobs? What happened to the businesses that depended on that resort? Perhaps if this man were politically connected to the ruling party, things might have played out differently. Perhaps if he had the right people in the right places, someone would have listened. Perhaps if he had come from a Favorable part of the country the destruction might not have have happened I don’t know. But what I know is that nobody should lose an investment of that magnitude without a serious public conversation about accountability and compensation. I believe that one day, the Federal Government will have to answer questions about this destruction and pay a compensation that is legally due. There are things happening in this country that we don’t talk about enough. We shout about politics, we fight over political parties, and we defend politicians as if they are our family members. Meanwhile, somebody can invest $200 million in this country, build something beautiful, create jobs, and watch years of hard work go down the drain. And we are expected to move on as if nothing happened. This is not how a country encourages investment. This is not how you build confidence in an economy. And this is certainly not how you treat people who are trying to build something in your country. This is a terrible way to treat an investor in a country where 150 million of its citizens are struggling with poverty.

FRANCE 🇫🇷 This is is what happens when leaders become too arrogant, too conceited, too condescending and too far removed from reality. They ignore warning signs and misinterpret handwritings on the wall. They live in a bubble made of illusions & fantasies. That’s why Macron was ignoring the protests; He was busy inspecting a new weapon of war. Not sure he saw all the destruction coming. However you look at it, France has lost the culture war on Macron’s watch. It’s over. There’s absolutely no coming back from this. Even if the protests stop right now, the deed is done, the wounds cut so deep, the conquest ritual is complete and the message has been passed across - France is taken. Moral lesson: let he who thinks he stands take heed, lest he falls. Have a save trip to 2027, Nigeria!

Tai Solarin paid Nzeogwu's mother stipends till he left this world. He also took in Nzeogwu's brother and sister and trained them for free. Until his demise, the great Nigerian activist, Tai Solarin, never told anyone that he took care of Major Chukwuma Nzeogwu's mother, brother and sister. It was Nzeogwu's mother, Madam Elizabeth, who made the revelation in an interview on December 27, 2001. That's seven years after Tai Solarin's demise. Madam Elizabeth told Daily Trust that she called Tai her son. "Oh my son. He was very good to my children. After the war, he came and took two of my children, Philomena and Peter, and put them in his school. He trained the two of them. When he was alive, he opened an account for me in Asaba. I was withdrawing money regularly from the account until he died." Nzeogwu's sister, Theresa, also confirmed Tai Solarin's role in their lives saying Peter, who was the last child of the family, was already a Professor at the University of Missouri, United States of America at the time of the interview. "Tai Solarin was a friend of Chukwuma. They became friends after the 1966 coup. So, after the wãr, he came to Okpanam and took Philomena and Peter and trained them at his school, Mayflower, at Ikenne (Ogun State). "When Tai Solarin was alive, he used to visit us regularly. He opened a bank account for mama in Asaba. He was paying money into the account until he died. "He did not believe in God but we have not seen a believer in God that one can compare with him." “They Fixed The Presidential Election For January 16 Because They Know That Igbo People Will Still Be At Home For Christmas And May Not Be Able To Participate Fully In The Elections. It Puts Peter Obi And Igbo Voters At a Disadvantage Because Many Igbo People Who Registered For Their PVCs In Lagos, Abuja And Other Parts Of The Country Will Travel To Their Hometowns For Christmas, Weddings, Burials And Other Events. They Did This Intentionally To Ensure The Election Does Not Favour Peter Obi.” ~ Man Reacts

Nigerians should hit the streets if INEC delays announcement of the winner of the 2027 for more than 24hours. Nigerians must not tolerate election rigging in 2027.
