It is the first manufacturing project ever added under this FAST-41 transparency authority.
This project will help put American-made fertilizer in the hands of farmers across the Corn Belt, strengthen our domestic fertilizer supply chain, and reduce reliance on foreign sources.
Under @POTUS, we are cutting through permitting barriers and bringing critical agricultural manufacturing back to American soil.
