This is awesome 😂
This sounds insane until you’ve been on enough date nights where you spend $250 to discuss the kids’ schedules in a different building.
The backstory is pretty great!
A married couple in San Diego wanted to get dressed up and go to a wedding. Problem was, they’d reached the age where nobody they knew was getting married anymore.
So they built a website where you can buy tickets to strangers’ weddings.
And the economics actually make sense.
The couple getting married has already committed to a venue minimum. Someone cancels. Now there’s an empty chair and a dinner they’re paying for either way.
Meanwhile, another couple would happily pay to eat, dance, have some cake and watch a best man make a series of increasingly questionable decisions with a microphone.
The hosts approve the guests. Guests verify their IDs. Everybody agrees to the arrangement.
Which is arguably more vetting than your cousin’s new boyfriend received.
Apparently one bride said the paying strangers brought so much energy to the dance floor that she wished she’d invited more.
Of course they did. Those people specifically bought tickets to be there. Half your actual guests are attending under a treaty negotiated between their mothers.
I love businesses like this. Find something people already paid for but can’t fully use. Find someone else who wants it. Make the introduction.
This guy just wanted to take his wife dancing and accidentally identified a liquidity problem in the wedding market.
Cue Vince Vaughn!

This might be the funniest commercial I've seen in a very long time. Its for the jewelry section of JC Penny's and it is priceless. They really sunk some money into it. I guess they do good sales there. I know that im buying my very special lady's ring at a better known jewelry store than JC's 🤣🤣🤣💍

"I'm just gonna call him Arch, because if you take away the last name you have a below average quarterback... Arch Manning isn't playing like a Manning." 😬

I love relationships with smooth and matured understanding. There's a way your woman will want to fight you with respect and caution and you'll find it romantic, to the extent that you will apologize and make her feel safe.
If this woman had thrown tantrum at her man, matter would have gone out of line. Well, I watched this video severally and I want to watch more.
What do you all think about this little drama between this couple?

going from almost wanting to end his life to being able to have a ball with people who adore him for what he loves doing the most? Giancarlo Esposito deserves every second of that joy and I'm glad he experiences it with his fans. beautiful to see everytime.

How do you argue with yourself????
You can't trust twins because they don't play about each other and always disagreeing while agreeing. 😂

49ers corner Deion Sanders returns to "his house" — the Georgia Dome — to face his former team, the Atlanta Falcons.
After throwing hands with former teammate Andre Rison, Deion returns an interception 93 yards for a touchdown to punctuate a 42-3 Niners rout.

Phil Ivey won £7.7 million at a casino that refused to pay him. The UK Supreme Court later ruled he cheated. Poker legend Daniel Negreanu called the way casinos treated him “disgusting.”
In the video below, Negreanu explains why he believes the casinos were happy to exploit Ivey until he found a way to beat them.
Ivey and his partner spotted tiny differences on the backs of the cards. They persuaded the dealer to rotate certain cards, allowing them to distinguish high cards from low ones.
The casino supplied the decks and agreed to their requests. Ivey never needed to touch the cards himself.
Negreanu argues that a casino cannot offer someone a game, accept their money and then reject the result when they win. He points to the free drinks, flights and other perks casinos use to keep gamblers playing.
He also describes casinos offering Ivey rebates on his losses. They wanted his business badly enough to give him better terms, and he worked out how to use those terms against them.
If a casino agrees to every request and then refuses to pay when you win, who actually broke the rules?
