Legit question…
NOBODY likes forced-online gameplay, NOBODY likes microtransactions, NOBODY likes being spied on, VERY FEW like data centers, ALMOST EVERYONE talks like nothing’s worse than AI…
So why are these all things that are hypercommon and inescapable?

Honestly—this makes me want to cry.
These girls work hard and deserve a chance to compete. They should be having fun and cheering one another on.
Instead, they are being bullied and put in a very vulnerable position. I can’t 🤬

Truth. Boys are boys. Girls are girls. Bullshit is bullshit.
btw though the nuke Trump is reportedly thinking of dropping on Iran, despite being a nuke and being nicknamed “Mother Of All Bombs,” is actually small potatoes for a nuke. It’s not even anywhere near the Hiroshima bomb. I mean it’s a devastating bomb, but it’s not what you think
Anyway you may be wondering why I thought of Krakatoa.
I tend to think of it every time I hear or read about nuclear bombs, like the one Trump is thinking of dropping on Iran, since it’s wild that a natural explosion from 1883 is still worse than every nuke ever made.
The Krakatoa eruption — really an explosion — happened in August of 1883. Over 143 years ago.
Some of you were probably alive back then, as that was back when people thought cursive was important to learn.
Krakatoa was up to ten times more powerful than Mount Vesuvius.
Literally there has _not_ been _any type of blast_ in recorded history _ever_ to be worse than Krakatoa.
The thing was just a dumb little volcanic island, too.
“Nearly half of Muslims living in France say they would consider leaving the country if Marine Le Pen wins next year's presidential election”
No clue who Marine Le Pen is but we need an American version
A small list of foods actually invented in the United States of America:
Chocolate chip cookies, buffalo wings, potato chips, Philly cheesecake, Chicago deep dish pizza, key lime pie, corndogs, lobster rolls, German chocolate cake, California sushi roll, banana split, s’mores.
Real fact:
Ketchup was invented in ancient Asia as a fish sauce called kôe-chiap. The version we know now was the British attempting to recreate it, and both “catsup” and the more popular “ketchup” were easier ways of trying to spell it.

Please 🙏 let more people cancel so I get mine on launch date.
iPhone Duo Order Cancelled
If I can't get it on Day 1, I'm not buying it. I'd rather cancel my order than let Apple hold my money for months.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Apple authorizes but does not charge credit/debit cards for pre-orders until the item ships; only a temporary hold is placed and released if cancelled before charging.
