Happy birthday, sweet boy. I miss you every single day and the world isnβt nearly as fun without you in it π @tomparker
HOW has it already been a whole year? Life isnβt the same without you here, Parker. I miss you. And I love you, so so so much. You know that. Youβll always be my favorite dude π
Honestly in some moments I think about crawling under the covers and staying there forever, but then Kelsey shows up on Instagram and her strength is enough to get me going again. If she can continue, anyone can. And I admire the hell out of that woman β€οΈ

As devastating as it is that Tom didnβt win that award, he did exactly what he set out to do and that was raise awareness. He is the real hero in all of our lives and he always will be. What a truly incredible and inspirational man we all had the pleasure to know and love β€οΈ
Fuck Iβm in pieces tonight. Seeing all the love for him on here is bringing it all back. How is he not here with us π£π
I still feel so so proud. What an achievement. What a life he lived. Iβm certain heβs looking down on all of us with the biggest smile π₯Ί
