Often an image comes to my mind that I feel just needs to be drawn. In many ways, this cartoon doesn't make sense. In many ways I wish it did. There aren't seven men by accident.

We have not seen a caravan headed to the U.S. southern border in several years, why now?
Oh yeah, there is an election coming and the GOP needs to scare you into voting because nothing else is working.

OUR MEDICARE: I got my Medicare handbook for 2027. Did YOU get yours too? WE SENIORS are going to get HAMMERED by the republican "Big Beautiful Bill" in 2027. They cut our MEDICARE. But it won't go into effect until after the MIDTERMS. If the bill was beautiful, why wait so long?

"How are the women who work with Diego Sarabia at Wells Fargo supposed to feel safe knowing he’s a rapist? And not just any old rapist, but a 7-hour long gang rapist"?
Sarabia is one of the Cornell University hang rapists.

We choose the bear because if it drugged and assaulted us for 7 hours, authorities would shoot it not ask it to write an essay and then help it find a job at a wealth management firm. Be so for real, Cornell.

🦔The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association says insurers paid out nearly $1 billion more than usual from AI-assisted hospital documentation in 2024-2025. Hospitals use AI to scan records and find secondary diagnoses that human reviewers missed. More diagnoses means higher reimbursements. But treatment levels haven't gone up.
BCBSA's SVP of data science said AI is "identifying more billable conditions, not sicker patients." Insurers now deploy their own AI to deny those same claims. Patients pay for both through higher premiums.
My Take
This might be the most American healthcare story I've ever read. Hospitals bought AI to find more things to bill for. Insurers bought AI to deny those bills. The technology cost money on each end and the tab went straight to patients through higher premiums. A billion dollars moved and no one got any healthier. The only thing that changed was the size of the invoices.
Two sides of a trillion-dollar industry found a new tool to fight over the same pool of money and the person in the hospital bed pays for all of it. Premiums go up, denials go up, and the AI vendors collect from everyone. If you want to know who AI works for, stop reading the press releases and look at where the money goes. In healthcare it went straight into the billing department.

Trump said Nevada has 250,000 noncitizens voting. So DHS went through the list of voters.
Guess how many they found. 250,000? No. 2000? Nope. 200? Wrong. They found ZERO noncitizens.
Epstein is not a hoax. Affordability is not a hoax.
Illegals voting is a big fat orange hoax.

Remember folks, Trump's Big Beautiful Bill was designed to remove between 5 and 10 million Americans from Medicaid, but it won't take effect until after the midterms. They think you're stupid.

Before y'all start liking and hyping up the Jill Stein and Cornell West tweets, remember they are part of the reason Ice Stormtroopers are walking around, the East Wing is gone and you're paying so much for Gas.
