Shoulders are my favorite. I’ll give these a try tomorrow. 🙂
Going to be giving these a try this week on shoulder day

Makes me wish I did more.
It’s been really motivating for me to see.

And 50s. I haven’t researched #4 yet. To the ladies in their 50s I’d add SS31.
For women in their 30s these peptides are worth knowing about 1. Tirz (Tirzepatide) 2. GHK-Cu 3. KPV 4. Thymosin Alpha-1 5. CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin

Easy. Don’t run out. Eli Lilly is working on Brenipitide, a peptide just for this. I will try it if I can get it. Meantime tirzepatide is working just fine at a very low dose.
2 years sober from alcohol. since tirz I genuinely don't think about drinking at all. so I stopped going to meetings. my sponsor called it "trading one crutch for another" and said I'm one missed shipment from relapsing. we haven't talked since. part of me thinks she's just mad she's not needed anymore. part of me thinks shes right

I took vyvanse for years. Gave adderall a try. Hated it. Now NA Semax Amidate is working for me. Very similar to Vyvanse. I’d like to research modafinil but I hate swallowing capsules.
first week back on amphetamines in years (for brain enhancing nigtrooooopic purposes) 4 days straight less than 2 hours of sleep a night constant delusions of grandeur bloodshot eyes black bags under my eyes jaw clenched teeth grinding looking like a serial killer feeling like a greek god uncontrollable urge to FUCK THE WORLD WITH MY ERECT COCK holy shit this is the limitless pill (got no work done and now it's time to do nothing but eat and sleep for the next 48 hours)

Absolutely!
2.5mg of tirzepatide is absolutely 100% a cure for addiction 👀 my food noise is gone, my drinking is controlled, and the constant buzz of anxiety has been replaced with inner peace I’m still driven. I’m still ambitious. But it’s like I’m finally calm internally.

Excellent post.
RETA vs TIRZ I ran BOTH independently for months. Here’s my honest take. RETA Noticeably better energy Higher perceived calorie burn (likely from glucagon activity) Could eat more while staying satisfied Lost more weight overall Much easier to hit protein and macros Constantly COLD TIRZ Better recovery Better sleep Smoother overall experience Resting heart rate a few BPM lower Nausea hit harder Harder to hit macros More aggressive GI side effects MY WINNER? RETA. For pure fat loss and overall well being, Reta won for me. But these are two different tools. HOW I PLAN TO USE THEM: If I’m starting an aggressive cut, Reta would be my preference. Once I reach my goal weight, I’d consider low dose Tirz for maintenance. As of last month I am completely off all GLPs My appetite is back, and honestly It feels GOOD to feel human again. I’m taking a solid 3–4 months away from these compounds. One thing I noticed on both was a change in my emotional state. I felt more focused, but my emotions almost seemed muted. Like the highs and lows of everyday life were turned down. That’s my experience, not something that happens to everyone. Interestingly, my desire to drink alcohol is STILL completely gone, even after stopping. THE BIGGEST TAKEAWAY: These compounds genuinely changed my life. My blood markers improved dramatically. I lost substantial body fat. And physically, I felt better than I had in over a decade. But I also learned that there’s value in taking time off, eating normally, and seeing how your body responds without them. I’m giving my body a break. Not because there’s proven benefit to “resetting receptors,” but because I want to establish my baseline again and allow my body and hormones to reset. I fully expect GLP based treatments to remain part of my future. Both deserve respect. Neither is a substitute for nutrition, training, and discipline.

What is the one peptide you will never run again?

Do not do this. Not even 1mg is the recommended dose. Should slowly titrate up from 100mcg to 300mcg over 7 weeks.
I took 4 mg of CJC/ipa and passed out… Upon waking my blood pressure dropped to 80/41 and I thought I was going to die. I sat on the couch, elevated my legs and prayed and prayed and prayed. Took about a half an hour for my blood pressure to stabilize. I was so exhausted I slept for an hour after that. Be careful out there.

Most people misunderstand how peptides actually work. Peptides aren’t magic. They’re signals. They don’t do the work for you. They communicate with biological pathways that influence how your body responds. But here is the main point A signal is only as effective as the system receiving it. • Poor sleep? Recovery suffers. • Low protein? Limited building materials. • Poor nutrition? Less support for adaptation. • No training? Less stimulus for growth. You can target every pathway imaginable, but you cannot outsignal a poor foundation. Peptides don’t replace the fundamentals. And not every experimental peptide has proven benefits in humans. Optimize your sleep, nutrition, training, and recovery FIRST. The peptide is the message. Your body is the machinery. Your foundation determines the response.

Highly recommend MT1. You use it right before sun exposure. I never had any side effects.
here's an update that isn't about Reta or KLOW. I tried MT-2 the first week of September. MT-2 is not for me. I stopped after 1 1/2 weeks. I'm fairly light skinned. dark blonde hair that gets a little darker each year. I was a platinum blonde towhead in 1st Grade. hazel eyes. my younger sister has blue eyes. you can envision where I fall on the scale. I can tan, but it takes me all summer to get tan enough not to turn red. my skin will get red and irritated the first several times I'm in the southern sun for over an hour. and that was my challenge. September is dove season in SEC Country, and I spend every Saturday afternoon in a dove field. even with sun screen and a camo boonie hat, I'm going to have a sore neck and a reddish face the next day. so this year, I grabbed a vial of MT-2 about 2 weeks before season started. AND, I only dosed every other day, on purpose. The good: I did not burn, I tanned. MT-2 did its job. even with a pretty weak 'loading phase'. Mission Accomplished. but I could not take the sides. Yes, I had several large freckles pop out. Instantly. On my face. large being at least 1/8". several being at least 3-5 on one side and 2-3 on the other side. mostly on my cheeks and jaw line. but my kidneys were the real problem. MT-2 is really hard on kidneys. I had read some things that kind of indicated that, which is a main reason I did a weak loading phase. I can 100% confirm that MT-2 doesn't play well with weakened kidneys. I've posted before I'm probably on the CKD, Chronic Kidney Disease, scale. don't ask me for exact numbers, or for labs. I have not been to a Doctor for this. If you read up on the symptoms of CKD, I have them. I was living on 3-4 electrolyte powders a day before Reta and KLOW. by September, i was down to 1-2 a day, tops. MT-2 set me back. That 1 1/2 weak dosing was fairly brutal on my kidneys. it's taken me about 30 days to get back on track. I think I'm now at, or pretty close to, where I was before MT-2. so lesson learned, please be very, very cautious of MT-2 if your kidneys are anything short of young and healthy.

I’m finding Adamax has a similar effect as NA Semax Amidate.
Semax is being investigated for something beyond memory and focus: cognitive impairment caused by neuroinflammation. A February 2026 study examined intranasal Semax in rats exposed to LPS, a bacterial endotoxin used to trigger systemic inflammation. 27 rats were divided into three groups: healthy controls, inflammation with placebo, and inflammation with Semax. The untreated inflammation group developed: • Reduced motor and exploratory activity • Increased anxiety-like behavior • Impaired spatial learning and memory • Reduced cognitive flexibility Researchers administered intranasal Semax at 15 µg/kg/day, beginning six hours after inflammatory exposure. The Semax group showed significantly better behavioral and cognitive performance than the inflammation-placebo group, approaching healthy control levels by day seven. The interesting part is the broader research direction. Semax was developed from an ACTH-derived peptide sequence and has historically been investigated for neuroprotection and neurological recovery. Now researchers are examining whether it can counteract the cognitive and behavioral consequences of inflammatory stress. That potentially connects Semax research to conditions involving neuroinflammation, cognitive dysfunction, and fatigue. But this was a small animal experiment, not a human clinical trial. The manuscript remains a preprint under review, and it does not establish efficacy in any human condition. Still, it’s another example of Russian peptide research moving beyond the compounds’ original applications. Belyakov & Tchang, 2026. doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.6192725

Great information.
Half-life is one of the most overlooked numbers in peptides. If you don’t understand half-life, you don’t really understand what your dosing schedule is doing. WHAT HALF LIFE MEANS Half-life is the time it takes for the amount of a compound in your body to drop by 50%. After 1 half life - 50% remains After 2 - 25% After 3 - 12.5% That matters because your previous dose usually isn’t completely gone when the next one goes in. SHORT vs LONG ACTING Some peptides are broken down quickly and may only remain in circulation for hours. BPC-157 GHK-CU KPV These compounds have a very short half life and are why most researchers dose daily and in some cases 2x a day Others are specifically engineered to last for days. That’s a big reason why one compound may require frequent administration while another is built around once weekly dosing. THE LONG-ACTING GLP-1s Semaglutide - 7 day half-life Tirzepatide - 5 days Retatrutide - 6 days These compounds use fatty acid modifications that promote albumin binding and dramatically slow clearance. That’s what makes weekly dosing possible. And think about what that actually means: If a drug has roughly a 7 day half-life, you take your next weekly dose while a significant amount of the previous dose is still circulating. Dose after dose, levels build toward a steady state and that’s when stability happens WHY IT MATTERS Half-life helps explain - dosing frequency - accumulation - how long a compound stays in your system - why missing a dose matters more for some compounds than others

Yes!! I’ve had really good results with this blend. 3 of the 4 peptides are Russian. I’m finding out the Semax/Selank in it isn’t the same as you can get easily from lots of vendors.
Replying to @PerfProtocols
Love hearing BPC-157 helped the sciatic pain. Most of its research is animal work on tendon, muscle and nerve healing, which fits what a lot of people report. The Russian rabbit hole is a fun one: Semax and Selank were developed there and are registered medicines in Russia.
