I genuinely don't understand how certain morons believe any of this. The same teachers who are paid peanuts and having to scrape to provide school supplies are also somehow performing gender-reassignment surgeries? On whose insurance plans, exactly?

I've seen this Andy Harris video a few times today, and it's kind of incredible how this guy thinks he somehow discovered the hidden cheat code to keep journalists from filming elected officials at public events.

This is a really interesting read. While I don't know if the non-backstory method fully translates into the comics ecosystem of 2026 — for better or worse, I think there IS an expectation of context from readers — the idea of concepts that instantly get to the point is evergreen.

Found that if I'm bad at something and want to get good at it (coding, writing, working out) it helps to start at 100 and count backwards. I expect to have 100 bad attempts. So the first attempt is 100, the second is 99, the third is 98. Seems to rewire my expectations, reduce frustration and allow me to practice in peace.
