THREAD: I see that Teena Marie is trending and that makes me so overjoyed, as she's one of my all-time favorites. But also I saw that a lot of it is because people "just" found out she's white, which happens every 4 months or so hahah. But for real let's talk about Teena...

i respect anybody who’s pulled an idea out of their brain and fully brought it to life. that shit is spiritual. to know that it started as a thought and you brought it to fruition is crazy. shoutout the ones who see it all the way through. keep creating.

I’m not gonna lie I feel a weight lifted after taking sometime to really be upset with my life and figure out what and who I really need to be spending time on. I highly recommend everyone makes time for just thinking and resting. The hustle mentality will have you burnt out.

I've met touring DJs with huge followings that are so humble and down to earth you'd never know they're the headliner. Also met local DJs with no bookings and egos as big as the sun. Just be chill and let your work speak for itself
