Maybe Gen Z realizes how fucking dumb these arbitrary hiring rules are if they obviously aren’t keeping you from having people leave the job because the managers who wont even follow what you trained new employees to do in training and it’s ruining your company and costing you….

Seeing people argue against a 32 hour work week is insane. Y’all need hobbies, friends, sunlight, literally anything outside of work. Life is not supposed to be just work until you die. We really will never revolt because some of y’all are way too brainwashed.
As much as I do believe there are a lot of people who have a built up resentment towards the job industry to some degree. I 100% agree.
If it’s one thing, I’ve noticed about the older generation as much as they like to call themselves tough. They actually don’t have backbone.
As if multiple job industries, don’t already have these old people who abuse rules, don’t follow with the actual job and company says to do it and makes issues, harassed people, bully for no reason, gossip, racism and prejudice, power tripping.

With the knowledge I have as an adult I can 100% say that the way history is taught in American public schools is near complete fan fiction. I used to think it was just that they lied about black history but they lie about…. Everything…in very deliberate ways.
