Closing Collector Arena on Oct 26. The tech worked: VRF, payments, real graded cards through Collector Crypt. What it never had was demand from people I didn't already know. That's the lesson I'm taking into everything I build next.

What I changed I pick the sources and I keep chats short. I find the docs myself and hand them over, and I open a new chat before one drags on. It only searches on its own when I can't find anything. The AI is fast. Choosing what it reads is still my job.

Even with all of this, AI has changed how fast I can build. What are you using it for, and where has it helped you the most?

A pool's APR is not your APR. The number on the screen is fees over the whole pool's liquidity. What you earn depends on your range and how long price stays inside it. Two LPs in the same pool can end up with very different fee APRs.

I shipped Collector Arena in August: battles where real graded cards change hands, VRF, payments, $219K in volume. The biggest lesson wasn't technical. I built all of it before asking who wanted it. This time I'm doing it the other way round: talking to LPs first.
