Back when I was just making thumbnails, I used to ask my clients for a chance to work as a Manager or Creative Director, but none of them ever gave me that opportunity. So I decided to start my own channels, and after getting some really good results, I finally started getting opportunities to work as a Manager. Now it's funny because sometimes I'll come up with a thumbnail concept or a video idea, and a few days later, I'll see those same people who turned me down using my ideas. But honestly, I don't mind at all. At the end of the day, it's all about results. Some videos I posted today
