Trump is becoming a laughingstock, but if you watch Fox News (I check in on it every day), you have no idea. So if that's all you watch, you'll think everything (including Iran) is going swell. This is part of the reason why Trump can never go below a certain point.

Well said but it overlooks the abandoned feeling many feel. Trump taps into that viscerally, so people overlook traits many of us find horrifying/disqualifying. I start with some reverence for gov’t. Many have never seen any reason to believe in Washington.
