Don’t forget that college football fans were lied to about the length of games and the need for a running clock, only to be pounded by 3.5 minute commercial breaks every change of possession. The rule-makers hate the fans but love the money.

Find the UGA punt that landed OOB between the 50 and UGA 49. During the commercial break, they initially spot the ball at the Bama 47, then moved it to the 50. Never followed protocol at all on spotting an OOB punt so they had to guess.

Also a question… was the OPI on UGA correctly assessed? I recalled that play happening on a 2nd and 17. Following the OPI, the next play was 2nd and 27. I thought OPI was a 15 yard penalty. I may be wrong about those, going from memory here.
