#CollaborationIsKey🔑 #DCPeaceAcademy is one of the ONLY spaces where DC’s frontline violence intervention workers (who work in govt, hospitals & various community orgs) come together to coordinate. Building teamwork leads to increased alignment & greater outcomes in the field.

Nevertheless, homicides & shootings are still much higher than pre-pandemic. We must remain focused & continue to bring the rates of violence down, until children feel safe playing at every playground & businesses feel safe opening in every neighborhood.
