After the THOUSANDS of requests we've had to publish the list of the albums that just didn't quite make our top ten albums of 1995 we've finally relented, here you go. Now please stop with the begging messages. pclpodcast.com to hear our full top tens episodes.

Our Best of 95 episodes are out now to listen to, mock and sneer at but if two hours of our rabbiting on is too much for you, here are our top ten lists in an easier to digest form. But do go and listen as well, if only for Dave's punctuation joke which was actually pretty good.

Big thanks as well to a couple of Dave's comedian chums who sent us contributions, Rich Wilson & Sean McLoughlin (who almost immediately regretted his choice) and to our pal Stephen Hill of Trve.Cvlt.Pop who decided too late for the edit that he'd picked the wrong album as well.

As our journey through 1995 is now over we've whittled down all of the albums that came out that year to make our top tens. Here's part one where we reveal the bottom halfs (oo-er missus) of our lists taking in such artists as @clutchofficial, @lowtheband, @Leftfield & @deftones

Also a big thanks to comedians Phil Nichol, Tal Davies and @jpattersoncomic for allowing Dave to harass you at one of your shows and bully you into telling us what your favourite 1995 album is. Excellent choices!

We've been having a few days up at Edinburgh fringe. As lovers of Pun based restaurant names, one of the best things we've seen is an eatery called "Thailander". Brilliant name, although it does limit the chances of expansion, as obviously, there can be only one.

Aw shucks! This is the sort of recommendation that gets us weak at the knees. Tell your friends, tell your family, tell r/podcasts if you're on Reddit because we're not allowed to. Don't tell the Morrissey subreddit though, they gave us enough grief about his episode already.
I have been listener for a while now and I have realised I have been doing it wrong ,so I wanted to put this here for others . Don't just listen to records you either love or hate , all the episodes are great , Fear of the dark is peak lol . Best theme tune on a pod @PclPodcast

Email address is pclmusicpodcast at gmail dot com and if you want some inspiration then here's a list of about 250 albums that came out that year, and this is by no means comprehensive - good luck on whittling it down! pclmusicpodcast.wixsite.com/…

As discussed in our current episode on Queen's 'Made In Heaven' album, the NME not only gave it a 2/10 rating but laid in quite heavily to Freddie Mercury himself. Makes our kicking of the album seem quite tame! pclpodcast.com for the full episode.

And so we come to the last proper album of 1995 that we're looking at, and it's the last "proper" album by Queen. Released four years after Freddie Mercury died, this is a tribute to a legend so we can't give it too much of a kicking. Right? pclpodcast.com

We're recording an episode on a post-Freddie Queen album next week and so we're asking for anyone's thoughts on this one - do you remember it from 1995 at all? For Queen fans, what is the feeling about using Freddie's vocals without him being there? Tribute or sacrilege? Cheers!

Just some of the music press front covers that Pulp got around the time of the release of Different Class. You couldn't move in 1995 without spying a bit of Cocker on the newsagent's shelf. pclpodcast.com for our Pulp episode.

In our Pulp episode we chat a bit about the furore caused around the release of their Sorted For E's & Wizz single - here are just a few clippings about it from the music press at the time. pclpodcast.com @welovepulp

When do you think Pulp realised that they had PROPERLY made it big? Scoring a number one album? Headlining Glastonbury? Or having Chris Morris make a Pulp parody song based around convicted murderer Myra Hindley? I think we all know the answer to that one. youtu.be/wVibsNPXBx0
