I know you people won't rest in spreading lies and falsehoods. I won't rest too.
First of all, this lady is an ignorant hypocrite. Don't fall for her. She was the one putting on a nose mask in that viral Kora debate. She did it purposely so she can continue to hide her true identity.
I will be refuting the lies this ignorant hypocrite is peddling in two parts:
1. The Prophet Muhammad's ruling.
2. The lies from the Gospel of St. John.
Part 1:
First, the base ruling in Islam for adultery is a capital punishment. This is why the law intentionally makes the burden of proof almost impossible to meet. It requires four credible eyewitnesses who saw the physical act in plain sight.
This strict condition exists because capital punishments are dropped at the slightest doubt. The law is designed to protect society from public immorality while forcing people to keep their private sins private. Islam commands believers to conceal their sins and seek forgiveness directly from God.
Now let me give you a historical background of the Ghamidi woman. Nobody caught her. There was no mob dragging her through the streets. She walked into the court of Medina completely on her own and confessed.
What was the immediate reaction of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)?
He turned his face away. He ignored her. As the Chief Justice, he was giving her every non-verbal cue to leave, go home, and repent in private. The Prophet was offering her a silent exit.
He wanted her to take the hint, walk away, and let the matter remain a secret between her and God. But her faith in the accountability of the afterlife was so heavy that she insisted on being purified in this world.
She told him she was pregnant. Even then, the Prophet delayed the application of the law. He sent her away to deliver the baby. She came back. He sent her away again to nurse the child for years until the baby was eating solid food.
Here is the hidden wisdom that these internet theologians fail to grasp. The Prophet did not send her away just for the sake of the child. He was giving her years of opportunities to change her mind.
In Islamic law, a confession for such a crime can be retracted at any moment. If she had stayed home after giving birth and never returned, the Prophet would not have sent soldiers to hunt her down.
He gave her a multi-year window to let her private repentance suffice and drop the case. She refused. She kept coming back because she demanded her legal purification.
This brings us to a fundamental legal principle in Islam. You are commanded to seek forgiveness and resolve matters before they reach the judge. But once a prescribed penal case officially reaches the ruler, the law must take its course.
Prophet Muhammad was not just a spiritual guide giving sermons on a mountaintop. He was the Head of State and the Supreme Judge of a sovereign nation.
Can a sitting judge in any functional supreme court today listen to a citizen who walks in, confesses to a capital crime, provides undeniable evidence against themselves, and demands the legal penalty, and then say, "I forgive you, go home and sin no more"?
If a Chief Justice suspends the penal code based on personal emotion when a confession is forcefully submitted to the court, that is the death of justice. It becomes anarchy.
The Prophet had to execute the law because the citizen demanded her constitutional right to legal purification.

Corruption is not simply a product of dishonesty among those who wield power; it is often a predictable response to the incentives created by government policies.
Consider a government selling petrol or foreign currency at half its market price. The resulting gap creates powerful incentives to divert supplies, secure preferential access, and profit from resale. Even the United States, with its formidable regulatory capacity, would struggle to prevent all the rent-seeking such a policy would encourage.
The problem is not merely weak enforcement. No regulatory authority can gather enough information or exercise sufficient control to eliminate every opportunity for abuse when the potential gains are substantial.
The solution is not simply to police corruption more aggressively, but to stop designing policies that make corruption so profitable.
Fix Corruption And Inefficiency Before Considering Subsidy — Amadi
Fiscal buoyancy has not translated to ease for the people. Tinubu removed the subsidy, saying it was bad, while Atiku says he will bring it back. The previous subsidy was corrupt. Peter Obi’s approach is to first address corruption and inefficiency, then see how that translates and assess the need for subsidy. I agree with Obi’s approach of making the sectors work better and ensuring efficient pricing first.

What started as a simple appeal on X quickly turned into an extraordinary collective effort to locate a Nigerian sister, Ms. Saratu Jibo Yusuf, who had gone incommunicado after arriving in Doha on Tuesday, 01 September 2026.
I first became aware of the situation from @mikeachimugu01 on Saturday evening, 05 September. I was already in bed and done for the day, but I immediately contacted Mr. Michael and told him I would do ALL I could to establish where things stood and, hopefully, help resolve the situation.
I knew I wasn’t simply going to walk into any place and find her. My intention was to establish what had happened, understand her situation and, if possible, help facilitate a way for her to reconnect with the outside world, particularly her family back home, who were understandably deeply troubled.
It was simply a genuine intention to serve and to help another human being - A Nigerian.
I immediately got involved and remained in constant private contact with Mr. Michael Achimugu, Director of the NCAA, as we worked through the available channels to establish her whereabouts.
Yesterday, 06 September 2026, we found her.
She is safe and well, and has spoken with her family.
I am deeply grateful to Mr. Achimugu for his trust, diligence and collaboration; to the Nigerian Embassy in Doha for their support throughout; to the Qatar security agencies who assisted with the enquiries and ensured that she was properly taken care of; to Mr. Michael Miller, President of NIDO Qatar, and to everyone on the ground in Doha who assisted me on several fronts.
But most of all, thank you to Nigerians who selflessly came out to support their fellow countrymen and women whenever the need arises to ensure that they are treated with dignity, cared for and never left alone.
“Eniyan la ṣo mi.”
(We have ourselves to lean on as humans.)
Thank you to everyone who shared the appeal, made enquiries, offered information, prayed and simply refused to remain indifferent.
For me, the response was incredible. A day that started with virtually ZERO followers on X grew to hundreds within a day, while the story was amplified by Nigerians across different platforms. Thank you ALL🙏🏽
And to Saratu’s brother, Jibo, who refused to stop searching for his sister: you did what any brother would pray to have the strength to do.
Today, we have just one thing to celebrate:
A Nigerian was missing.
Nigerians came together.
She was found safe.
God bless everyone who played a part.
Thank you.
God bless you all.
God bless Nigeria. 🇳🇬

Your dad is not wrong. I even have written on it once.
Morocco shows up as MAR on scoreboards because FIFA's country codes do not always come from the English name.
A lot of them come from French, which is the working language FIFA has used since it was founded in Paris in 1904. Morocco in French is Le Maroc. First three letters: MAR.
And Morocco is not alone. This happens more than people realise.
Germany is GER, which tracks in English. But then you get to Ivory Coast, which shows up as CIV, from Côte d'Ivoire. Algeria is ALG from Algérie. Haiti is HAI from Haïti. Switzerland is SUI from Suisse. Spain is ESP from España. Iran appears as IRN.
The pattern runs across the entire scoreboards. Some countries are also coded based on whatever their language is.
FIFA built its codes in an era when French dominated international administration, and colonial history shaped which language a country's name was recorded in first.
That legacy is still sitting quietly on every scoreboard at this World Cup.
I hope you have learned something today.

Because what we are witnessing is not collapse, but correction - a correction two of the leading contenders on your platform promised to undertake but Nigerians now know they never intended to carry them out. Not drift, but direction. Not hopelessness, but the difficult discipline of rebuilding.
You call this hopelessness. I call it transition.
Not easy, not quick, not comfortable. But necessary.
So yes, Mr Abdullahi, birthdays are for reflection. But reflection must be honest in both directions.
Not just what is hard, but what is changing.
Not just what is painful, but what is purposeful.
Not just what is seen, but what is being built beneath the surface.
Nigeria cannot demand change and reject its cost.
Nigeria cannot inherit decades of distortion and expect instant perfection.
Nigeria cannot move forward by pretending the past does not matter.
We endure to rebuild. We rebuild to rise.
And here is the final truth, Mr Abdullahi, in its simple, stubborn, unavoidable form
Nigeria and Nigerians remember.
The record remains.
The future will judge.
Happy Birthday, Mr. President @officialABAT
The work continues. #NigeriaFirst

The work to operationalise Executive Order 9 has begun.
The Implementation Committee’s Technical Subcommittee, which I lead, held its inaugural meeting on Friday March 6, 2026.
We have a clear mandate, to deliver two priority outcomes: develop guidelines for the seamless direct remittance of profit oil, royalty oil and tax oil into the Federation Account, and commence a targeted review of the Petroleum Industry Act to address structural and fiscal anomalies that weaken Federation revenues.
Over the coming weeks, we will engage stakeholders, issue clear guidance, and provide regular updates as implementation progresses.
Our goals: Protect the sanctity of contracts, preserve investor confidence, and ensure Nigeria’s petroleum resources deliver measurable value for all Nigerians.

Yes, 39k Naira (~$28 USD at ~1,400 NGN/USD) annual tuition signals extremely heavy subsidies in Nigerian public universities. Actual cost per student often exceeds 1M Naira, with govt covering most via budgets like TETFund allocations.
Globally, public uni tuition averages $0–$2k in places like Germany, $10k+ in US in-state publics—Nigeria's is among the world's lowest.
This reliance hurts quality: underfunding causes overcrowding, strikes, poor labs/infra. Modest fee hikes + efficiency could boost delivery without losing access.

Today, this young lady Mayowa (@Mbo_beads) walked into our @HouseofLunettes lekki store and caught me seated. Staff tried blocking her & I intervened. A bit shy at first, I asked what she was selling. She brought out these incredible handmade beads and I bought some immediately because the quality is genuinely the highest I've come across in a long time!
We sat and talked about her business model, life plans, and marketing approach. When I asked if she had an X account, she said "no", so I encouraged her to open one right there to reach a wider audience.
Mayowa wakes up early every single day to hustle and canvass these beads across the Island. Her drive and determination inspired me greatly!
Please follow @Mbo_beads and support her by placing an order. These are premium quality, let's help this amazing young entrepreneur grow! 💎🙌

@jidesanwoolu An Open Letter to His Excellency, Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu.
Your Excellency,
Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo Olu.
Good day, sir.
My name is Ifeoluwa, a Lagos resident and a small scale food vendor based in Lagos State. I am writing this open letter with humility, hope, and a sincere heart as one of the many Lagosians you govern and stand for.
Your Excellency, I cook Nigerian food, good food, honest food, food made with love and skill. I prepare mouth watering local dishes that reflect our culture and our people. This is not just a hobby for me, it is my means of survival, my dignity, and my contribution to the Lagos economy.
However, sir, this year has been extremely difficult for me. Since the beginning of the year, I have made only one sale. Just one. Despite my efforts online, despite my consistency, despite the quality of my food, sales have not been coming. Each day, I keep showing up with hope, but it has been very discouraging.
I am not writing to complain, sir. I am writing to be seen.
Your Excellency, I am one of your people. I am one of the hardworking Lagosians trying to survive honestly through small business. I am asking for support, patronage, and opportunity, whether through a food supply gig, a catering opportunity, a government related contract, or any form of assistance you deem fit.
A single opportunity can change my story. A single patronage can restore my hope.
I believe in Lagos. I believe in your leadership. I believe that when leaders hear the voices of the people, especially the struggling ones, something good can happen.
Thank you, sir, for your time and for all you do for Lagos State. I remain hopeful and grateful.
Yours sincerely,
ifeoluwa
A Lagos food vendor
One of your people.
