Few months ago, I set up a small AI hacker team at @Razorpay 2 people. Today, they are 100x builders. With AI, people aren’t the constraint. Org structure is. So now I’m scaling this. If you’ve spent the last few months deep in Claude Code / OpenClaw / agents (or anything similar) and feel like you’ve seen the future - this is for you. What you’ll do: Review workflows. Rebuild them with AI. Ship fast. Perks: • Unlimited tokens. Any model. Any tool. • Real problems at massive scale • No hierarchy. Direct access across the org No compensation ceiling. Pay scales with output, not title. Outperform the org, out-earn it. No resume. Send me what you’ve built with AI. (Form below) Bangalore | Full-time | Builders only.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha 😂 Fantastic use of a popular Diwali 'meme' in its Diwali 2024 ad by Zomato! Hands down, the funniest Diwali ad (while also being apt for Zomato) so far. Conceived in-house (says a lot about the kind of talent that exists inside Zomato) and produced by Ryde Studios. #advertising #marketing #diwali #deepavali

I am unable to accept the absence of Ratan Tata. India’s economy stands on the cusp of a historic leap forward. And Ratan’s life and work have had much to do with our being in this position. Hence, his mentorship and guidance at this point in time would have been invaluable. With him gone, all we can do is to commit to emulating his example. Because he was a businessman for whom financial wealth and success was most useful when it was put to the service of the global community. Goodbye and Godspeed, Mr. T You will not be forgotten. Because Legends never die… Om Shanti 🙏🏽

Rest in peace Anand Parthasarathy. You were always kind & generous with your time, attention & advice. Even when I was a rookie, and you, one of the most respected names in tech journalism. Thank you for your warmth & for teaching me so much in the early days. You will be missed.

Maybe stories like this will wake up the IOC. Wrestling needs MORE than six weight classes! After three tough matches against world class opponents, no athlete should have to spend the night preparing for a Gold medal in this manner. Absolute desperation from the Indian team trying to get the last bit of weight off of Vinesh to qualify for today’s final. Read more here: sportstar.thehindu.com/olymp…

Believe me I don’t have it fully sorted. If I followed my own advice and did 10/10 I’d be in better shape. The reality is life comes in the way so I try do at least 5-6. There’s other tools like therapy and fixing underlying problems but I hope these help someone (12/12)
