PayDeck is a watch-only @NexaMoney point-of-sale payment receiver.
It runs on low-cost ESP32 hardware with a display and touch interface, enabling QR invoice generation and live payment monitoring through Rostrum or any compatible node.

It’s funny that people don’t see or understand it yet.
Company owners paying hundreds of dollars per month for accepting payments. With @PayDeckProject … almost no costs.
Instant payments, near zero fees, programmable money and security of Bitcoin. Wake up!
Do you realise how big this is?
Buy one billion $NEXA for $500 is like buying a house, Ferrari or Lambo for $500.
No one wants to open their wallet and expose their funds every time they request a payment.
The solution is simple: a receive-only wallet that doesn’t have access to your private keys.
Generate new addresses, request and receive payments without exposing your wallet.

🚨 Interesting project spotted: Paydeck
This isn’t just another crypto wallet.
Paydeck is building a physical point-of-sale terminal for Nexa ($NEXA) — hardware designed to let merchants accept crypto directly at the point of sale.
Under the hood:
• Embedded hardware
• Custom UI built with LVGL
• Nexa/Rostrum integration
• WSS/TLS + certificate verification
• Encrypted storage for sensitive data
• Security hardening
• Designed as an actual payment terminal
The concept is simple:
Customer → Paydeck → Nexa → Merchant
If this evolves into a reliable, plug-and-play terminal, it could make Nexa considerably more tangible outside the world of wallets and exchanges.
And that’s what makes this interesting.
Crypto adoption becomes much more compelling when users don’t have to think about the technology underneath.
Paydeck appears to be building toward exactly that.

It is sad to see the Coldcard hack. The bug was in the entropy generation, resulting in non-random and predictable seed phrases.
This wouldn't happen with Paydeck. It uses manual human input, which cannot be predicted, along with an optional passphrase as the 13th or 25th word.
Paydeck v0.4.0 is released. Major UI/UX refactor. Introduced a T9 keyboard, a new tx history screen, and an explorer link in the QR. Improved the payment flow, added device info, display settings, time on the splash screen, a home label, and more features.

To sum up, the v0.3.0 firmware has been released. The documentation and setup guide have been added to the official website docs section.

Paydeck is the way.
Paydeck is a limited-functionality Nexa receiver, not a wallet. By design, it requires and stores only an address, allowing it to function as a Point-of-Sale (POS) device.
For improved privacy and a better user experience, you can generate a seed phrase that derives the public key, after which all sensitive data (the seed phrase and master key) is wiped from the device. The seed phrase is used only to derive the public key and is never stored on the device.
The public key is used to derive a new address for each operation, which improves privacy and is a common feature in UTXO-based blockchains.
Optionally, you can also import just the public key, but from a user perspective this is more complicated and not common. This option is primarily intended for power users.
The device acts as a shield layer for your wallet, it is a receiver or POS device that allows you to receive funds without exposing your actual wallet that contains private keys.
Happy to present the very first Nexa Point-of-Sale Paydeck prototype. It’s starting to take shape and is currently running beta v0.1 software.
The very first Nexa Paydeck beta prototype is in production, and it’s not far from seeing the light of day.
