FROM ICU - STRAIGHT TO THE GYM, STRAIGHT TO OR TAMBO🤣
I honestly think we need to start paying closer attention to the role that some lawyers and doctors play in our justice system.
If there are professionals who deliberately mislead courts, fabricate medical reports, exaggerate health conditions or misrepresent a witness's condition to help someone escape justice, they must be held accountable.
How can someone be so critically ill that they require ICU care, only to be seen standing, speaking confidently or engaging in activities that seem completely inconsistent with the condition presented in Madlanga ? 😳
Of course, recovery can happen quickly, and appearances alone cannot prove that someone was never seriously ill. But where there are genuine inconsistencies, shouldn't they be independently investigated?
The problem is that when money can allegedly influence medical opinions, legal arguments and the evidence presented before a court, ordinary people begin to lose faith in the entire justice system.
A poor person can be expected to face the full force of the law, while a wealthy person can afford teams of lawyers and medical experts to challenge every possible detail.
If a doctor knowingly submits a false medical report or a lawyer deliberately misleads the court, why shouldn't they face serious professional and criminal consequences?
Justice cannot depend on how much money you have, who you know or how many experts you can afford to hire.
Because when the public starts believing that justice can be bought, we have a much bigger problem than any single case.
Honestly, guys, sometimes you look at these situations and wonder:
IS JUSTICE REALLY BLIND, OR DOES IT JUST SEE WHO HAS THE MONEY? 😭💔

The Gauteng Department of Education spent R96 million on travel and related costs while schools in the province struggle to get enough money to survive.

According to the figures reported, the Department of Health allocated R146.4 million to KMTV Media and R35 million to Dots Design Agency to promote National Health Insurance.
Meanwhile, patients are reportedly going without essential medication, hospitals are struggling with equipment and staff shortages, and doctors are warning that conditions in some facilities put mothers and babies at risk.
A marketing campaign cannot replace medicine, nurses, doctors or functioning operating theatres.
Taxpayers deserve answers:
* Who approved the R181.4 million?
* How were these contracts awarded?
* What measurable results did the spending deliver?
* Why are patients still struggling to access basic healthcare?
The NHI may be presented as the future of healthcare. But before selling South Africans that future, the Department of Health must answer for the state of healthcare today.
