When will this Labour Government stop tinkering?
Thames Water is a busted flush. It's worthless.
Cheer up the nation. Nationalise it now. Not a penny compensation.

The government has officially blocked my call for a public inquiry into Britain's role in Gaza.
Delaying scrutiny will not make questions about British complicity in genocide disappear - and we will never give up until we have brought about justice for the Palestinian people.

I think it’s highly likely Donald Trump played a major role in proscribing Palestine Action.
He was furiously denouncing them as terrorists after they targeted his golf course.
He discussed it with Starmer and said they “will hopefully be treated harshly.”

This is big.
The UK’s National Security Advisor had nothing to do with banning Palestine Action as terrorists.
Even though the question of terrorism is at the core of his job.
So who did push the proscription of Palestine Action?
The walls are closing in.

The confidence with which Tim Stanley declares it’s “very obviously migrants rioting” in France.
Has he personally checked their passports and immigration status?
Or has he simply looked at their skin colour and assumed they couldn’t possibly be French because they’re not all white?
“It’s partly to do with a politics that ends up becoming divided by ethnicity.”
“It is really not a big issue at the moment and France is a diverse country.”
Telegraph columnist, Tim Stanley, and French broadcast journalist, Marie Billon, talk to #Newsnight following President Trump’s assertion that “The migrants have taken over France.”

1/2 It has been 8 years since the Government apologised for the treatment of people caught up in the Windrush scandal.
Yet for many survivors, the long and complicated process to secure compensation means their struggle for justice is not yet over.
Legal support can mean the difference between justice being served and denied. One claimant initially received nothing. With legal support, they were offered more than £80,000 in compensation.
That’s why I’ve signed this letter calling on the Home Office to deliver on its commitment to the survivors and fund independent legal advice for applicants to the Windrush Compensation Scheme.

We’re facing the biggest pile-up of problems in decades - runaway debt, decaying infrastructures, cost of living crisis, wars, illegal migration, energy crisis, AI moving faster than anyone can control - and the politicians in charge are the most short-term, self-interested and unserious we’ve ever had. A perfect storm. Deliberately orchestrated.

The Lib Dems called Israel’s actions genocide.
That makes their behaviour more self incriminating.
They haven’t ruled out working with Labour, which helped facilitate genocide.
Neither do they accept obligations of 1948 Convention on the PREVENTION + Punishment of Genocide

This is damning.
The Tories were unprepared for the pandemic, resulting in a lack of tests and PPE. Care home residents and staff were left unprotected.
BREAKING: Covid inquiry chair, Baroness Heather Hallett, says that action to protect care homes came too late causing it to "spread like wildfire".

The UK cannot have an inquiry into Gaza because it would prove conclusively that the UK has provided non-stop surveillance flights over Gaza, the pictures of which have been used for Genocide
And that the UK has also allowed weapons to be produce non-stop in the UK to commit 1/2

Since September, the Saudi war in Yemen has displaced at least 130,000 people from their homes. A staggering 17 million people face hunger.
Britain's support for this catastrophic war - and its complicity in horrendous suffering - must end. Where is the strategy for peace?

If they don’t have one, they must delay the oil & gas decision until they do.
