Centre Parcs completed, new levels of exhaustion reached but, most importantly, didn’t injure myself! Was particularly exciting to bump in to one of @ChertseyCC finest & nicest, Special K, big Karthik Menon - looked in exceptionally good shape in those swim shorts!! 🥹 #dreamboat

As you can see, the dog and some football on a questionably damp pitch won. Half way through Operation Rip Out & Replace. Neither the dog or the footballer are funding this project 🤬

2022 seems to be winning so far: injured in first game of the year, caught Covid and have been bedridden for 4 days and it’s not even Feb yet 🤬 Although not being able to eat anything for 3 days has kick started the old diet!! 😂 every cloud & all that 👍🏼

A week ago this little soldier had to have a little bit of surgery. To say he was bricking it would be an understatement!! But he was unbelievably brave - the photos were taken 20 mins apart after the procedure. If I had half his strength I would feel invincible!!! #braverthandad

Seeing all the messages about pre season is starting to give me the bug! People are out busting a gut and I’m currently praying that I get out of bed in one piece! 😂 hoping the back gives me one last chance - the door to the knackers yard is ajar and in sight!! 😡
