This sort of policy cuts right through by the way. Anti social behaviour on public transport is one of those symbolic things people associate with decline. Smart, simple politics.

This guy embodies one of the most popular archetypes used to bully white men throughout the world. Yet after being attacked, he gets back up, stands his ground, and faces his attackers to defend whatever remains of his store.
His attackers, meanwhile, behave like a pack of hyenas. Whatever bravery they have is only because of their numbers and their de facto anonymity — police wouldn’t arrest them anyway.
So, the guy who looks like the punchline of a thousand jokes actually displays more honor in a single moment than literally the entire recorded history of his attackers.
He has no crowd to hide behind, no numerical advantage, and seemingly very little left to protect. What has happened to him will either be ignored or excused as having been caused by some kind of socio-economic problem which is ultimately his fault anyway. Nevertheless, he stands there.
I would take one thousand Jacques Blacks before taking a single refugee.
Can someone with Claude or Astra please decompile Pokemon Yellow and release Surfing Pikachu as a browser playable game?
Pokémon Yellow was so great, it had a lot of fun new elements added for players to enjoy ⚡️
One of them was Pikachu’s Beach 🏖️
Pikachu’s Beach was a mini game where you control a Pikachu surfing on a surfboard and flipping through the air
To access the mini game, you needed to have a Pikachu in your party that knew the move Surf
The only way to obtain a Pikachu that knew Surf, (at that time at least), was through Pokémon Stadium, and then trading it to Yellow
Elon appreciates doing things for the love of the game. Why founder led companies like Meta are important.

Optimus and Cybercab will be the vast majority of Tesla’s value.
The only things that will scale to incredible size (K2 and beyond) economically are super intelligence, robots, solar power and mass to space.
And, of course, if you have the first two, the rest will follow.
But Roadster is super cool, so we’re doing it anyway.

As someone young, my whole life journalists appear to mostly be concerned with writing haughty pieces that be like: "Law and Order? Uhh sure normal people might be better off, but what about murderers and rapists?"

In order to "stop this madness" you will need a level of brutality that is at least 1000 times the execution of Nidal Hasan that you told the media you wouldn't watch
Words are cheap and when your resolve was tested, you capitulated to "people" who fantasize about killing you
Sad to see someone you respect become a deranged hater.
The NOS tanks in Fast & Furious only give you a boost for 10-15 seconds, and they are globally loved.
Okay, so it's just compressed air.
Easier.
But crappy specific impulse (less than 50 seconds).
Even assuming that 50% of the mass of the car is the compressed air, that gives you less than 10s of useful thrust (with thrust-to-weight ratio larger than 1.0). Probably more like 5 seconds, actually.
So the car must be an empty, lightweight shell containing big compressed air tanks.
Cute demo, but totally impractical.
But of course, you knew that.
