🚨 Chief Executive of the Premier League, Richard Masters: “The core decision establishes the facts of what happened at Manchester City during this period. It details how the club systematically broke Premier League Rules for nearly a decade.
“It also vindicates the Premier League’s decision to pursue this case against Manchester City. While the process to date has been both long and difficult, the League has remained determined that the facts be established independently.
“It is a key responsibility of the Premier League to ensure that the Rules, approved by the clubs themselves, are upheld to protect the integrity of the competition. It is paramount that the League remains competitive and fair for all clubs and for the fans. We take that role extremely seriously.
“This disciplinary case, and this decision, are the most significant in Premier League history. There are elements of the case that remain to be decided, including, importantly, what sanction must follow for these breaches. Now we have the Commission’s decision, we are committed to moving swiftly through the remainder of the process, to provide certainty for the League, our clubs and fans.”

Martin Ødegaard is a better player than Bruno Fernandes, and I'm not stuttering.
Ødegaard is far better than Bruno as a complete footballer.
Now, Bruno Fernandes is better in terms of statistical output. At their best, Bruno will give you more goals and assists.
But if I'm building a super team, a team that wants to win the Champions League, win the Premier League and compete for the biggest trophies, I'm picking Ødegaard 100 times over Bruno.
And this isn't me being biased. Hear me out.
Ødegaard thrives in structured, tactically disciplined teams that want to dominate possession, control games and dictate how their opponents play.
Barcelona. PSG. Bayern Munich. Manchester City. Arsenal.
Put Ødegaard in those teams and he thrives because that's the type of football he is built for.
He's calm in possession. Technically gifted. Intelligent. He doesn't constantly look to force the game. He can control the tempo, dictate attacks and keep his team playing through him.
Bruno is different.
Bruno's first instinct isn't necessarily to control possession and build patiently. His first instinct is to release the ball and make something happen immediately.
We've seen it time and time again when United need to control games.
But put Bruno in chaos? Give him space to counter-attack? Put him in a team that sits deeper and wants to hurt opponents in transition?
That's where Bruno becomes a world-class player.
That's how he's built.
So if I'm the manager of Barcelona or PSG and I'm building my team around one player, I'm picking Ødegaard 100 times over Bruno.
But if I'm managing Manchester United, Newcastle, Hull City or a team that expects to sit back and counter against bigger opponents, I'm taking Bruno over Ødegaard every single time.
Because Bruno gives you more individual impact in that environment.
That's the difference.
And this is why players shouldn't be judged purely by goals and assists.
Take Dani Olmo at the World Cup with Spain. He was arguably one of the best individual players in the tournament, yet he didn't need a huge goal or assist tally for people to recognise his impact.
Because people actually watched the games.
When you watch Olmo, you see the game.
And when you watch the game, you see Olmo.
That's how footballers should be judged.
Not just by the scoreboard.
Not just by statistics.
If Bruno and Ødegaard have comparable goals and assists this season, that doesn't automatically mean they're comparable players.
Actually watch them.
Bruno might be 10% better than Ødegaard in certain areas.
But Ødegaard is 90% clear of Bruno as a complete player.
If I'm managing a serious club that wants to dominate games and compete for the biggest trophies, I'm having Martin Ødegaard in my team 100 times before I'm having Bruno Fernandes once.
Watch the game with your eyes.

Wenger joined Arsenal in 1996. He didn't lose a Premier League game to Chelsea until 2005. Arsenal went 9 years without losing a single league game to Chelsea. Nine. – at Accra, Ghana
A disgraceful performance from Villa and Emery. They did not come to play football. They came to play Rugby. The Referee should be suspended for terrible officiating too.

Since Arsenal scouts became silent, you would notice that Chelsea are now going for their real targets which are the old veterans like Danny Welbeck and Jordan Henderson of this world.
Remember I told you, Chelsea doesn't have a transfer target of their own. All they do is copy and paste Arsenal target and hijack the deal
😂😂😂
