Some Good Samaritans with the help of a @UEDCLTD staff whom I had called about the incident helped put out the fire. It was tense but we are safe now though without power.

🚨 HISTORICAL MOMENT IN TOURISM 🚨 Earlier today, @ugwildlife achieved a major milestone for conservation in Uganda The Executive Director - Dr James Musinguzi flagged off the translocation of 2 rhinos from Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to Kidepo Valley National Park, with 6 more to follow. Kidepo was once home to rhinos and now, they’re returning. The current population of rhinos in the country is 61 and this marks a bold step in restoring a once endangered species. #RhinosInKidepo #ConservationInUganda #ExploreUganda

You spoke my mind. I absolutely see no wrong why those comedians are being harassed. If the god old general’s family or close associates didn’t want the public humiliation, they should have reigned on him and stopped him from continually embarrassing himself in public.
So let me ask. Just like Teacher Mpamire tries to accurately depict President Museveni in his art. He has grown with him, In 2013 he would wear suits during the times of the Uncle Joel skits on NTV then he used to walk straight and now while the president is older, Mpamire also walks with a slight bend to one side and wears an oversized white shirt just like the president wears now. I am no expert in Music Dance and Drama so let me ask any experts in that field here. What would be the accurate depiction of General Moses Ali now for an artist trying to play his character on a set? Would it be accurate to portray him as a young masculine man with cordinated speech and movements? Art, just like journalism is a mirror of soceity. If the man himself sees no problem being seen in public in a frail state, then don’t blame artists who simply act like him.

Client: “I drink whisky after a fatty meal so that alcohol breaks down the fats.” 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗺 {𝑆𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑠 3/100} Myth: Strong Liquors burn fat. Verdict: False Justification 1. Excess alcohol spares fat breakdown as the body focuses on alcohol breakdown. 2. Alcohol molecules like ethanol are broken down for energy in the body. Unused alcohol is converted into fats that will be stored as excess body fat. 3. Alcohol has no body fat melting properties. Fact: Ethanol yields more energy than sugar as 1g alcohol gives 7Calories and 1g Sugar gives 4Calories. Note: Hard liquors have 40% Alcohol Content this means for each 100ml of liquor, you drink 40ml of ethanol. If sugar is bad for your body weight, then alcohol is worse. #FightNutritionScams
