Unpopular opinion… but at some point alot of us as fitness professionals need to re-evaluate recording/ highlighting someone completely dead on the ground as a sign of a “Good workout” isn’t really that motivating for others.

When are gyms going to wake up and realize, lowering the price on memberships to lure people into signing up is not going to work in this timeline. IMO, this is a dying model.
