CIVILITY IS NOT WEAKNESS. ENOUGH OF THE HARASSMENT OF MY SUPPORTERS. RELEASE RILWAN OLAWALE NOW. The continued intimidation and harassment of my supporters across the country, the latest being the case of Rilwan Olawale, is disturbing and unacceptable. President Bola Tinubu has remained a huge beneficiary of our democracy and should not brazenly be destroying it by encouraging and facilitating violence. Our campaign is peaceful and issue-driven, focused on offering Nigerians a credible alternative built on competence, accountability, justice, and compassion. We have chosen the path of peace, not violence; persuasion, not intimidation. However, nobody should mistake our civility for weakness, our restraint for fear, or our commitment to peace for an absence of resolve. We will not be intimidated into silence, nor will we abandon Nigerians who believe in a New Nigeria that is possible and will be OK. I therefore demand transparency regarding Rilwan Olawale’s arrest, his release, respect for his rights, and an end to politically motivated harassment. No government or political party has the right to deny Nigerians the freedom to support a candidate of their choice. We will remain peaceful but resolute. We will not resort to violence, but we will stand firmly and lawfully against every attempt to undermine our democratic rights. A New Nigeria is POssible and will be OK. -PO

Is it not clear that elections may be postponed? INEC registry is not yet out. Nigerians should be aware.

The APC kept pulling down NDC banners in Lagos, so @richone090 became a walking banner. Now they want to pull him down too. We won't let this happen. I've been preparing for my own kidnapping too, since I've been pissing off some people. I must make noise about this. Put these hashtags in the comments! #FreeRilwanOlawale #FreeRilwanNow

I am in the middle of an accidental town hall meeting in Manchester in the UK. I came to a Lunch to which Peter Obi was invited. I found food I looked forward to deferred for questions on the trouble with Nigeria. Many of the questions suggest worry about the boldness of public officials in projecting rigging with results of elections of 2027 considered in the pocket. They were energized to ask for how they could own fighting rigging. The determination to do whatever will prevent election malpractice suggest we may see a civil war if power tries to muscle the will of the people this time.

Look at how everywhere is quiet. Three Yoruba men in Oyo State allegedly wiped out an Igbo family of six, including their 5-year-old child. They were reportedly dismembered, and their remains thrown into a stream. Yet everywhere is quiet. Where is the outrage? Where is the condemnation? Where is the justice? We will not let this slide. Never. Justice for this family. Their lives mattered. Their deaths must not be forgotten.

There is no national consciousness and there is zero morale .. Almost all federating units silently or openly want out .
Why don’t Nigerians put the Nigeria flag at the front of their homes like Americans and Canadians do?

Keep going, all of you will die in that Nigeria while the politicians take everything to themselves and family .. fools !
This fabric seller is Yoruba, but she called this fabric Akwete; she credited Abia as the historical origin of the fabric, when in fact the Origin is Ijebu. The Trade Route: In the mid-19th century, Ijebu traders sold Aso Olona to Ijaw traders along the coast. The Ijaw then shared or traded these cloths with Igbo weavers in Akwete. digitalcommons.unl.edu/tsaco…

Not being able to trace the ancestry of your president is a national security risk. Having a president who can be blackmailed with his criminal past is a national security risk.
Update: President Mahama of Ghana has REJECTED the U.S. Health deal proposed to replace USAID, worth $109M 🇬🇭❌ “It is humiliating. Why will you want our health record and pathogen profile? And say we’re not allowed to inspect any medicine you give us. We threw the compact away so quickly. I’ve never seen anything thrown out that fast. Ghana will continue to manage its health needs. We’d find other ways for bilateral relations.” — President John Mahama speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York on Friday, 25th September. Ghana joins Zambia, Namibia and a few African countries that have rejected the new USAID compact. However, Giant of Africa reportedly signed it in December 2025, five months before the deadline, and weeks after it was proposed. Follow @TrendingEx for dailies..
