Join us Tuesday, October 20th for our Q3 2026 webinar, register here: zoom.us/webinar/register/491… When expectations are low, companies don’t need everything to go right for their stocks to work. Several stocks we purchased following sharp declines earlier in the year began to show traction. $ADBE started to recover from its lows, while payments names $CHYM, $GPN, and $ADYEN gained 30%, 13%, and 6%, respectively. $PGEN was our top contributor as the company continued to execute, and most importantly, received FDA platform designation for its AdenoVerse platform. We continue to focus on businesses that are out of favor when we believe the market is being overly negative. During the quarter, we entered positions in $AVGO and $META call options. Read our Q3 commentary for more on what drove performance, the new positions we entered, and where we continue to see opportunity: patientcapitalmanagement.com…

Looking backward, the course of events seems obvious. Looking forward, the possibilities are endless. In our latest quarterly letter, we examine: 🔹 Why successful investing doesn’t require knowing which path the future will take 🔹 How we’re thinking about the later stages of one of the longest and strongest bull markets in history 🔹 Why earnings durability is the main risk for AI companies, and the signal we’re watching most closely 🔹 How rising rates are creating some of the most attractive individual opportunities we’ve seen in yea The future will inevitably surprise us. Congratulations to our team and Precigen on all the progress since our 2024 investment! Precigen is a biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation gene and cell therapies. In 2024, Patient Capital led a capital raise for Precigen to help propel its mission to discover, develop and commercialize therapies for high unmet needs. Last week, the company reported strong results, adding to the progress of Papzimeos, a treatment that is helping patients who previously faced a devastating diagnosis with no good options. Seeing the progress makes this unique and differentiated investment especially meaningful to our team. We’re proud of our investment team for identifying a unique and differentiated opportunity that’s meaningfully improved patients’ lives, and delivered handsome investor returns. A win-win. We love investing like this, in a way that helps companies, patients and the broader world. *The information presented should not be considered a recommendation to purchase or sell any security and should not be relied upon as investment advice. We tend to look for answers where they’re easiest to find. For decades, the investment industry has relied on volatility as a proxy for risk. It brought rigor and discipline to investing, but over time, a useful measure increasingly became the definition of risk itself. In this month's edition of The Patient Perspective: Minding the Gap, Samantha McLemore, CFA examines what that distinction means for long-term investors and whether volatility tells us what really matters about investment risk. In Case You Missed It! Our Q2 2026 Webinar Replay is now available. A few of our top takeaways: ➡️ The secular bull market still has room to run: We are in the later stages, but strong earnings and supportive valuations continue to support the market. Late-stage bull markets can also produce some of the strongest returns. ➡️ Earnings—not multiple expansion—are driving returns: Corporate earnings estimates continue to rise, providing a strong fundamental foundation for the market's advance. ➡️ Today's AI cycle is not the Tech Bubble: Semiconductor gains have been significant, but valuations remain far below 2000s levels. Nvidia trades near 21x earnings versus Cisco's peak of roughly 150x. ➡️ Volatility is creating opportunity: Rising single-stock volatility is pushing prices away from business fundamentals, creating attractive entry points for patient, valuation-driven investors. 🔗 Watch the full replay to hear @SamanthaMcLemor and @Christy_Malbon discuss today's AI-driven rally, the evidence behind AI infrastructure returns on capital, compute economics, and where they're finding compelling opportunities across the market: patientcapitalmanagement.com…

📅 Join us this Thursday, July 23 for our Q2 2026 webinar, register here: zoom.us/webinar/register/441… The best opportunities rarely begin as consensus favorites. In Q2 2026, the Opportunity Equity Strategy returned 17.3% net of fees, compared with 15.2% for the S&P 500. Health Care led the way. $UNH, $CVS, $PGEN benefited as fundamentals improved and the market began to recognize earnings potential that we believed had been overlooked. $RPRS, $ILMN, $BIIB also contributed, supported by durable cash flows, improving operating performance, and underappreciated growth opportunities. The common thread at initiation: high-quality assets, depressed expectations, and fundamentals not yet fully reflected in market prices. We are applying that same approach to payments, where concerns about competition have created what we believe are compelling opportunities in companies such as $ADYEN and $GPN. Our Q2 commentary explores where performance came from, where we are finding value today, and why investing ahead of shifts in sentiment remains central to our process. Small caps led the quarter, with the Russell 2000 Index gaining 21.6%, outperforming both large and mid caps. Oil, gold, and Bitcoin all pulled back, declining 31.4%, 14.3%, and 14.0% respectively. Last week, Founder & CIO, Samantha McLemore, CFA joined @TheJudgeCNBC on @CNBCClosingBell. Are we in a bubble? Has it gone too far? That question has been circulating for over a year. "We've mostly just seen the moves track the earnings." With a strong earnings season underway, she sees this as a secular bull market, not a bubble and believes valuations are keeping pace with fundamentals. In Case You Missed It! Our 1Q 2026 Webinar Replay is now available. A few of our top takeaways: ➡️ The secular bull market is still intact: Despite headlines and macro noise, the underlying signal remains strong. ➡️ Earnings are the key driver: Market strength is coming from unusually strong corporate earnings growth, not multiple expansion. ➡️ Volatility is more often an opportunity than a risk: Pullbacks create the best entry points. The real risk is permanent capital loss, not short-term price moves. ➡️ Dispersion is creating a stock picker's market: Extreme moves across sectors and individual names are creating one of the most attractive environments for active management in years. 🔗 Watch the full replay to hear @SamanthaMcLemor and @Christy_Malbon discuss compelling risk-reward opportunities like $ADBE, $RPRX, $PGEN, and $AMZN: patientcapitalmanagement.com…
