Today the Supreme Court is hearing arguments in Brackeen v. Haaland, a case evaluating the constitutionality of the Indian Child Welfare Act. We urge the court to uphold ICWA, which protects Native children from being forcibly separated from their families, tribes, and culture.

Rachel is an incoming student in the Clinical Psychology PhD program @universityofri. She worked as a clinical research coordinator @UMich studying substance use and treatment accessibility. Her research interests include health disparities, substance use, & cultural identity.
