最初にリューターで骨頭側に4本ほど割を入れてから脱灰、1-2週後にスライス化。固定後は割面表面が若干波打つので、ナイフで表面をトリミングしています。写真集めが趣味なので、良さそうな症例は丁寧に処理しています。
