Thank you. I in turn want to acknowledge your contribution to make our NHS better. And to salute those people you met on this journey & the thousands like them who just get on with it. Their pride comes from knowing they helped people like you.
As much as I wouldn’t wish my experience on my worst enemy, such as it was my destiny, I wouldn’t have missed it.
I have met some amazing people. Heroic, patient, skilful and those that have taught me to redefine my humanity and laugh at myself. myemail.constantcontact.com/…

For many NHS staff, the recent racist violence in this country will leave them feeling afraid and unwelcome. To those colleagues, our message is simple: you are welcome and you are valuable members of our community. Reach out for support if you need it.

You and your far right chums need to apologise to the community in Southport. You are responsible for inciting racial hatred.
Replying to @LozzaFox @monibhachu
What an out and out racist you are. Shame on you, using this awful incident to peddle your racist views. And how do you make the link to poverty?

Nearly 3 million food bank users as of 2023.
And the overriding message from the @Conservatives is that people can't budget.
It's time they got their hands dirty and saw exactly what it is like for millions of people in the UK.
It is horrendous.

I want to say something to the people with mental health conditions that have got in touch with me worried / panicked about the govt news on possible benefits changes... NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
- The govt has put out a green paper. That is an EARLY STAGE consultation document. After that may come a white paper.
- These things are not quick, if they happen, and this is a general election year - so whether it will happen at a question.
This type of debate is given attention to create political news and put clear water between parties in an election year.
Sadly doing that in the area of mental health, can have a real human impact, terrifying people about changes that may never happen
So if you're worried about it, while I know its easy to say and hard to do, forget it - for now it is still political hot air.
