Very insightful talk by @jimdupree4 discussing the evolving health policy with telemedicine. Unclear what the future holds, but what is clear is that #telemedicine / #telehealth provides access to patients that may not be able to get specialized care locally. #asrm2021 – at Baltimore, MD

A woman is born with over 1 million eggs. By the time she is 30, only 10% are remaining( 100,000 eggs). Once we are in our 40s, you're looking at only about 1,000 eggs.

Just like you, sperm need lots of different nutrients to function properly. If you're trying for a baby, make sure you're eating a balanced diet featuring lots of fruit and veg, some starchy foods and protein, and not too much fat, sugar or salt. buff.ly/2LekeV3

It's a little terrifying reading about declines in male sperm counts. There's a lot of theories out there ranging from chemical exposures to sedentary lifestyles/diet. Either way, not good, assuming this is indeed a real trend.
