Discipline isn’t about “feeling like it”, it’s about remembering why you started.
Motivation fades, but showing up and doing the work anyway is the true price of admission.

Sometimes all it takes is one person to change the entire trajectory of your life.
A pivotal conversation with Chief Cook in the Navy flipped the switch, turning Michael Little who was on a self-destructive path into someone destined for greatness. When the time came, that same mentor was there to place the cover on his head as Chief, a true life-changing moment.

“Potential”
Spending time with these beasts and listening to ET’s keynote was an exclamation on a bright burn lately.
Paraphrasing the speech: Who you are is what got you where you are. Put yourself in the right ecosystem, be coachable, and you can “live unreal”. The ONLY person stopping you from becoming who you want to be is YOU. Take ownership. Learn from others. Be ready for the opportunities.
Great event. Beautiful part of the country. 🇺🇸
I know a few people that got lit and laser focused - and most likely the 1,000 in attendance.

A lot to process from yesterday, content to go through, and even more to be thankful for.

The fire is always there.
Feeling the heat is inevitable.
Sometimes an intense burn is necessary for growth.
How it all affects you is up to YOU.
You can continue to feel like all of life’s circumstances are doing something TO you, or
You can DECIDE to let them do something FOR you.
You can say “GOOD” and let it light a fuse in you, or you can let it burn your ass to the ground.
Those who are hashtag#determined get lit up.
They are the ones that WIN and create greater impact.

Some friends remain over distance and time.
No matter how long or far, you pick right back up - you go deep, discuss ideas, and talk about bettering yourself, each other and the world around you.
Damn proud to call this guy a friend. One of the most solid humans I know.
Glad we were finally able to make it happen. Much sooner next time around. 🤙🏼🌱
Congrats, bud! 🤯
Time for the sherpas to take you through the final stage of the epic climb. Let’s go!
