A Quieter day today with me, Em and my shadow...although I know it's the Tuna Roll she's after more than my witty conversation...another good day for #teamrecovery
After a challenging few months shall we say and a lot of time spent in the house...I've definitely turned a corner the last week or so..been for my longest walk since Oct and while it's nowhere near the distance we we're up to, it's a start..#teamrecovery are back! (Sort of lol)
Today's offering for #patsbangers...whilst I lament and think back of my twenties....The mid nineties and plenty of hazy days.....

A consistent day or two I suppose...one of my favourite...most poignant songs ever...he wrote this when he knew he was on his way....feels inappropriate to call it a #patsbanger but what an incredible artist...
