The hidden secret of advanced bodybuilding training? The ability to make lighter weights feel harder on the target muscle than heavier weights.

This is right on the money. After 35 years in this sport, I can attest to the value of this excellent advice
This is what it looks like when you’re an advanced lifter and actually know what you’re doing to the point where you can successfully help others… You’ve taken close inventory of what works for you after years of trial and error. You’re not doing junk volume or training just to train. Everything has a purpose. There’s a method behind the madness. You’re not eating whatever or just trying to cram in ā€œas much protein and carbs as possible.ā€ You’re following a protocol that’s been developed around your individual needs, preferences, goals, recovery and lifestyle. You know when to push and when to pull back. You understand that more isn’t always better. More sets. More food. More drugs. More cardio. More supplements. The advanced lifter has usually learned that the hard way. Experience teaches you what matters, what doesn’t, and what works for YOU. And that’s what eventually allows you to help other people figure out what works for them. There are only a handful of coaches on this app I would hire to help me reach my goals and @BowTiedBeest is one of them.

Unfortunately, the House just voted to merge the most secretive & sensitive elements of our defense & intelligence apparatus with a foreign government. This bill still has to clear the Senate. Call your senators & representatives and tell them to not support the NDAA until the merger w/ Israel (Section 219) is removed. Senate switchboard: (202) 224-3121
Final vote total for the NDAA today which tragically merges our military technology and supply chains with Israel’s. Let’s hope this version fails in the Senate because Section 219 is a betrayal of our sovereignty.

Congrats to my very talented daughter!!
A year and a half ago, I moved to Nashville. Since then, I’ve been so thankful to consistently perform on a main stage, have played at over 30 Nashville venues, recorded in legendary studios, and performed with multiple talented bands. Dreams do come true!

This is the best ā€œhad a call with Mitch McConnellā€ one I’ve seen so far
Marco Rubio confirmed he’s also spoken with Senator Mitch McConnell this morning. šŸ˜†

I still don’t understand what kind of voodoo goes into the @NinjaKitchen Creami, but if it means having a lunch that looks like this, I’m all in

Finally dusted off the Creami, trying to finish this cut. Holy CRAP I forgot how full one of those containers makes you. Peanut butter cup flavored, low cal, shit load of protein. Wow - I'm (re)sold

It's weird how some rando "influencer" I've never heard of posts about he and his wife deciding to having an abortion, gets the predictable wildly negative responses, and now seems to be the only thing I see in my feed. It's ALMOST like he used that to farm engagement. I'm sure that's not it.

I realize it’s just engagement farming assholes, but I love the random patronizing exclamations about how many grams of protein we need, or which exercises are horrible, etc.
