Things to consider before posting or sharing on social media: 1. Does this glorify God? 2. Is Jesus cool with what I’m posting? 3.Does this build others up? 4.Are my intentions pure? 5.Will this cause a brother or sister to stumble?

I’ve never heard the word “Conservative” and “Liberal” so much in my life as if it’s a war or a gang for those who are in Texas. Everyone uses it in conversations as if you got to pick a side. That’s not my reality and wasn’t used in how I grew up through socialization. – at Dallas, TX

2. cont'd If Pastors shepherd people, then they must know who are the sheep under their care. (Acts 20:28; Hebrews 13:17) 3. It is assumed for the practice of church discipline (1 Corinthians 5; Matt 18:17) 4. It is vital to our spiritual health and growth (Ephesians 4:15-16)

My official position on COVID vaccinations has been: do the research, ask God for wisdom, and make an informed decision. As for my personal choice, it's best I leave that personal, since I do not have the expertise to influence you in such an important decision.

Here’s a thought You can disagree with CRT and still be passionate for racial/ethnic reconciliation. You can disagree with CRT and still recognize racial/ethnic issues.

I need to go on record. I’m a Baptist, and I am absolutely in favor of Christians baptizing their children. • • • • ^After they have repented of their sins and professed faith in Jesus Christ.

Evangelicalism is in a sad state. People would rather talk AT each other than talk TO each other. It's like they would rather pander to their base.

Some biblical reconciliation needs to happen on both sides because, you know, if your brother has something against you, leave your gift at the altar and first be reconciled to your brother, then go and offer the gift.

It’s as if God is saying he won’t accept your worship unless you’re at peace with your brother. But I guess labeling someone you disagree with as a false believer is soothing on the conscience than being reconciled. Reflections on Matthew 5:23-24
In the past 8 years, I’ve seen an overwhelming uptick of Pastor’s endorsing political candidates. Pastor’s went from not being partisan to being overly partisan that we are alienating people due to their political affiliation.
