Why is this so true…..
We’ve gone from cringey pastors talking about their “smokin hot wife” to cringey pastors talking about their “super white wife.” The more things change…

Big win last night in South Carolina! Oconee County just became the first county in the state to BAN mass surveillance systems like Flock cameras. Special thanks to Council member @MattdurhamOC, who led the fight to make it happen!

I got a better program that will be easier to execute with minimal fraud. Let husbands keep their paychecks.
🚨 BREAKING: The Trump administration is reportedly drafting a plan pushed by JD Vance to give federal child care funds to married couples with a STAY-AT-HOME SPOUSE while the other parent works — NYT The program could be $9K per year for these families The goal: make it easier for married Americans to let one parent take care of the children, rather than both work and pay others to take care of the children This could create an incentive for parents to "stay at home with their children" Apparently, this is similar to a MARCO RUBIO proposal when he was Senator 👀 It sounds like this would be under current federal programs, not new laws passed by Congress

There are many good brothers and sisters at Prays Mill Baptist Church. The sins of their elders have filled our news feed over the last several days, and in light of the grievous actions of such public men it can be easy to forget that behind all of that is a church full of godly saints, who love the Lord, who aren’t guilty of the sins of their elders, and who are now left to figure out what their next steps ought to be. Take some time this evening to pray for the brothers and sisters at Prays Mill Church. This is a truly good church, which some truly godly members. May the Lord help them in this time of hardship.

900+ PETITIONS DELIVERED! 📷 Indiana activist @ashleyMSNRN attempted to deliver more than 900 petitions, 650 on behalf of Liberty Action, and more than 250 on behalf of her own organization, calling on Fort Wayne City Councilman Russ Jehl to vote NO on extending or expanding the city’s Flock camera contract. This happened while Councilman Jehl was walking around the Fort Wayne GOP Picnic asking people for their thoughts on Flock Cameras. You'd think if Councilman Jehl truly wanted to know what people think about Flock cameras, he'd be happy to receive more than 900 petitions directly from Fort Wayne citizens, making it clear they do not want Flock cameras. The fact is Fort Wayne citizens are sending a clear message: No More surveillance state in Fort Wayne! Thank you to Ashley and every citizen who stood up for privacy and liberty. Councilman Russ Jehl: Listen to the people. Vote NO. 📷 #FortWayne #DeFlock

Excellent.
Loser theology is always Good Friday but never Easter. Hebrews 12:2 says Jesus is “the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.” The cross was necessary, but the ultimate destination was eternal joy and divine glory.

My opponent wants to mutilate children, and he wants you to call it compassion. A far Left Democrat is currently running for my seat, and he has made his position clear: He supports using your tax dollars to chemically and surgically mutilate Kentucky’s children. Listen to what he said at his campaign kickoff. My opponent is defending the chemical castration and surgical alteration of kids who cannot even drive a car, vote, or get a tattoo.  Puberty blockers and cross sex hormones disrupt normal development and carry the risk of sterility, sexual dysfunction, and lifelong medical problems. This path leads to surgeries that remove healthy body parts from children who have no capacity to consent to consequences that will follow them for the rest of their lives. My opponent wants the state involved. He wants your tax dollars to pay for these grotesque crimes against children.  This is the radical agenda he would take to Frankfort if we let him.   I will not stand by while politicians treat Kentucky children as science experiments. Protecting kids from irreversible harm is not extreme. It is the bare minimum adults owe the next generation.  The ideology my opponent promotes has no place in our society. As your Representative, I stood against using Medicaid to fund these interventions, and we won.  I supported legislation that prevents inmates from using tax dollars for these perverted procedures, and we won.  Even before taking office, I supported legislation that totally bans the gender mutilation of minors, and we won! I have worked to keep this radical ideology out of our schools and out of our laws because protecting children from irreversible harm is not optional. It is a basic duty.

This is where Kuperian distinctions become exceedingly important. The function of the civil sphere is different than the function of the ecclesiastical sphere. Institutions that govern each sphere, the church and state, serve the same master, but operate under different orders and serve different purposes. It is perfectly reasonable, on the basis the of Kuyperian distinctions, to require regeneration for membership in a Christian church, while at the same time recognizing regeneration is not a necessity to be a citizen in good standing in a Christian nation.
It is possible (even desirable!) to affirm a Christian church is one with a regenerate church membership (the Baptist view) *and* a Christian nation is one with laws, customs, and political will to honor Christ in all aspects of government.

Interesting thing happening here. So far, each new criticism of this book has only served to further prove why we needed this book.
A few questions for Scott Is it Christlike to allow LGBTQ activists to advance unopposed? Is it Christlike to allow Muslims to take over American towns and impose Sharia law? Is it Christlike to be doormats for the world to walk all over? Is it Christlike to be silent in the face of evil and corruption? Is it Christlike to allow gender ideology to continue indoctrinating children in schools? Is it Christlike for pastors to continue to surrender their prophetic voice in the public square? Is it Christlike for children to continue to be adopted by gay men only to hear gut-wrenching stories later about the abuse these children have endured? These are but a few consequences of Loser Theology, yet you call it the least Christlike book on theology you can imagine. Perhaps you should rethink your categories

I was blessed to have the opportunity to preach at CTK this week!!
My good friend @PastorDerin preached a fantastic sermon today on Romans 13:1-7 on the government's duties to its citizens and the citizen's duty to the government. Wonderful exposition and exhortation on this Independence Day weekend! youtube.com/live/NDWJRwFGbZQ…

Every day I'm asked, "why don't you go on Tucker's show?" Others tell me they've bombarded Tucker with requests to have me on. For the record, I'd be delighted to speak with Tucker - and think we'd have a very fruitful discussion. But it's for him to invite me.

Either pass or do not pass the Save America Act on its own merits. But don’t use our constitutional right against unlawful searches and seizures as a bargaining chip. The American people should not have to sacrifice liberty for security. Do better. FISA must go.
The Senate has openly declared disdain for the American people. The House must place the SAVE American Act on the NDAA. If this fails then it must go on FISA.
