One thing I've been observing while working with Web3 projects is that sometimes, we expect people to understand a product simply because we understand what we have built. But working around the African community especially,has taught me to appreciate the distance between knowing that a product exists and understanding why it matters. Many people are still trying to make sense of Web3 itself, so asking them to understand a new product without first helping them understand the problem it solves can make the learning process harder than it needs to be. Founders, do not be too quick to conclude that people are not interested because they have not joined your community or used your product. Sometimes, they have not yet found a clear reason to care, and sometimes, the explanation has not met them where they are. You may have spent months building something valuable, but your audience is meeting it for the first time. The work of building, therefore, does not end with making the product function it also involves helping people understand it well enough to see where they fit.
