At Partners Foundation, our mission is simple: to provide high-quality supported accommodation and work hard to make a difference in the lives of our tenants.
Our tenants have a diverse range of needs, and we are committed to ensuring they receive the right support for independent living. To achieve this, we maintain open communication between our team and tenants, carefully matching each individual with a property that best suits their requirements.

Supported housing is a lifeline for the people who need it the most in our society.
Through awareness week, we can shine a light on life changing services, really show why the system must work better, for key solutions to secure the future of supported housing. #getinvolved
This is the beautiful revamp of a main bathroom in one of our properties. The ensuite bathroom was done previously, as seen in a post below, and now both tie in amazingly together. This really brightens up the space ! #tile #renovation
We are really hitting renovations hard this month! Another beautiful installation of a modern ensuite bathroom for our tenant. This is a great makeover of the space and will help greatly with our tenants needs. 😮 #dıy
Our Tenant in Wigan has had a lovely new driveway installed! We have also added a edge to the driveway where it meets the path for a seamless finish and easy access. #renovation #driveway

Mental health doesn’t stop at the doorstep. Neither should support.
Every day, supported living services help people navigate the realities of mental health with dignity, safety, and respect.
It’s more than housing. It’s a foundation for healing.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re supporting every tenant and every support worker walking beside them.
Let’s keep the conversation going.

Spring is here, but mould doesn’t take a break!
Did you know mould can grow in just 24-48 hours in damp conditions?
Stay vigilant:
▶️ Wipe condensation off windows daily
▶️ Use a dehumidifier in bathrooms or basements
▶️ Ventilate rooms well
Spotted mould? Clean it immediately. If it keeps coming back, call our office ASAP!
What’s your top tip for keeping mould away? Share below!

Support providers are the backbone of supported living 🏠
Without them, our tenants wouldn't get the support that they need to live independently
This is what they do for our tenants 👇🏻🧵
How Do Support Providers Help You Thrive?
They offer flexible services tailored to your life, including:
• Personal care
• Daily living support
• Community engagement
• Health and wellness guidance
• Budgeting assistance
With these services, you can live independently on your terms.
In short, support providers provide that little extra boost to help our tenants live as independently as possible

What is supported living for vulnerable adults?
We answer that question in our latest blog post on our website. Check it out by clicking on the link below 👇🏻

Supported housing is at breaking point!
One in three providers closed schemes last year due to 75% funding cuts since 2010, putting 70,000 homes for vulnerable people at risk.
It saves £15,500/person yearly—yet faces closure.
