#AzadEngineering how do I value
Core business: 40x fwd EBIDTA (business with ~40% OPM with 40% EBIDTA growth for next 3-5 yrs)
Turbojet engine business: half a billion dollar (development phase completed and being sole supplier for the engine.)
After the weapon test is successful and visibility of order book, it will jump to $1 Bn.
My estimate on sales and EBIDTA for core business
FY27 - 800 / 300
FY28 - 1100 / 420
FY29 - 1500 / 600
FY30 - 2200 / 900

#AZAD As we have said on earlier calls, throughput from the new capacity begins in Q3 FY27. We expect revenue to ramp up from Q4 FY27 onwards and all plants to be fully ramped up by Q2 FY28. Our current installed capacity positions us to reach an annual revenue run-rate of over ₹1,300 crore by the end of FY28. With the cost base largely in place, rising revenue should translate directly into better profitability. We are at an inflection point, and we reiterate our long-term annual revenue growth guidance of over 25%.”

AI nd DC restrictions if happened in USA us the biggest opportunity for India and China. The hyperscaler and Power segment will skyrocket if our RnD can take that place.
The Gene is already out so you can't put it back. AI is future 🥰🥰🥰🥰
The great earning of Q2 attracted FII rather LTCG lure ! STT cut is much important to active HFT trader who put liquidity in system.

On today's stock market crash:
As an investor, on days like today, you have to ask yourself one question: What fundamentally changed over the last 24 hours?
The shift in the fundamental backdrop cannot be attributed solely to the Midterm Election results; markets had already largely priced in the outcome.
So, what changed between yesterday and today? What is the fundamental reason for today's decline?
One of the most likely catalysts is growing concern about a potential "ban" on AI, or at the very least, severe regulation of the industry.
Over the last 24 hours, Democratic lawmakers have publicly called for restrictions on advanced AI development, including an outright "ban on artificial superintelligence."
Frankly, an outright ban will not happen.
Such a ban, if even possible to enforce, would effectively mean the US surrendering its position in the global AI race to China.
Does this mean AI is "over" or today's stock market crash marks "the end?" Absolutely not.
Rather, we believe we are witnessing a sudden shift in sentiment colliding with excessive levels of leverage, potentially triggering forced liquidations by several major institutional investors.
Therefore, today's downturn is more technical than fundamental. This is not to discount the concerns around regulation, they are legitimate. But price action right now does not look orderly or rational.
We are in the midst of the biggest technological revolution in human history.
Zoom out and remain calm.
Top of the Democratic agenda on day 1 needs to be a pause on advanced AI development, regulation of this out of control industry, and a ban on artificial superintelligence.
By time the superintelligence will developed not manufactured!
